I'm torn as to who England would prefer to face on Sunday. I don't think they'll mind - they'll just want to back themselves in front of 28,000 people. They've been so successful at Bristol and had a lot of support from the locals - I think it helped them get over the line against Australia - and they're in a place where they can be successful. Katherine Brunt has won a World T20 final at Lord's, Jenny Gunn has played a lot there.

The way England have that depth and believe in each other has kept them in good stead. This was perhaps the toughest game when the pressure is on to make it to a sell-out final at Lord's.

England vice-captain Anya Shrubsole on TMS: "The most important thing is that we're there. It's not how you win, it's getting over the line. Some people might disagree as it's not good for the nerves.

"Jenny had played an outstanding innings, she was really calm, I thought I'd chance my luck and thankfully it was in the one area I can hit the ball! I hadn't realised Lord's would be a sell-out, but it's a huge thing for this team."

Katherine Brunt is giving one of her nieces a cuddle and gets a massive hug from her sister as she heads off to see her family.

With all due respect to Alex Hartley, there really was nothing to come. England really should have chased down that target, so we should give credit to South Africa for taking the game so deep.

The England players are out signing a never ending queue of autographs for some young fans.

Heather Knight, meanwhile, has jogged over to the crowd to get a hug from her mum, which, as we all know, is the cure for any form of stress!

England are very much a unit - they really felt they believed they could do it. South Africa don't have half the resources England have - but what an exciting side they have, led by a brilliant leader.

I'm now a little bit nervous about England chasing - I want them to win the toss and bat on Sunday.

Rupert Loyd: Wow. I didn't think I'd be as into this World Cup as that. What a win. So tense.

What incredible handling of pressure by the lower order. Fran Wilson played beautifully until she got out, but because of her fearless attitude, she got England back into the game. I'm proud of how Jenny Gunn has played in this tournament, she's taken every opportunity she's had with the ball and the bat. An incredible game of cricket.

England batter Fran Wilson on TMS: "When you're out there it's fine as you know the job in hand - with Katherine Brunt and Jenny Gunn, you know how the other one works. But when you're on the side, it's worse as there's nothing you can do to help.

"We were ahead of the rate for a long time, it was just resisting the urge to tee off, staying in the game for a long time and hitting the bad ball. We know how each other works as a group - I love the chasing role."

Has the increased coverage - and DRS being used in women's cricket for the first time - meant added pressure on the teams?

England captain Heather Knight: "Maybe a little bit. The biggest prize is always that final at Lord's, but it's something we've really enjoyed, putting on shows for the crowds. It's great people are coming to see us.

Were you nervous at the end?

"Definitely. I'm not the best watcher, but I trusted the girls to do their jobs."
