Mason Crane is arguing furiously with umpire Dharmasena, but there's no changing anyone's mind. A no-ball has denied him his maiden Test wicket.

Joe Root is not happy about that - I think he feels a little bit of Mason Crane's foot was behind the line.
That would've been given out. Crane has been denied his first Test wicket by a no ball, joining Ben Stokes, Mark Wood and Tom Curran.
A no-ball. Another no-ball. I think England reckon Crane's heel is behind the line, but it isn't.
DRS, incidentally, shows that would have hit the stumps.
Has Mason Crane overstepped?! Oh, I think he has.
Khawaja on 132
Hello. Mason Crane thinks he's got Usman Khawaja out lbw - looks a bit high to me, but Joe Root wants a look...
Oh! Mason Crane has come within a fingertip of his first Test wicket!
Usman Khawaja advances, bat and pad close together, and the ball hits both, before spooning up in the air. Crane comes tearing down the pitch, stretching in desperation, hands thrust forward - but it drops just short!
Mason Crane will bowl what will probably be the final over before lunch.

Callum Michael: The beard to be feared.
Graham RB: Moeen waits until the 3rd day of the final Test to spin one. Classic “rope a dope” tactic from a more famous M Ali.
Moeen's got a grin on his face for what feels like the first time in the series. You could see how pleased his team-mates were for him.

Light beacons from Land’s End to John O’Groats. Change the name of your first born to Moeen. Wake up the neighbours. The impossible has happened. SMITH IS OUT.

Here's Shaun Marsh, who was probably looking forward to a long, leisurely lunch a few minutes ago. Oh! That's great from Moeen! He turns one past Marsh's outside edge, the batsman pressing forward, and there's a big puff of dust as the ball spins past the bat.
A little whirl of the wrists from Marsh and a shimmy down the pitch gets him off the mark.

Smith went to drive against the spin and it went back to Moeen because he didn't hit it cleanly. We all make mistakes.
Steve Smith is having a proper toys-out-of-the-pram moment. He furiously chunters to himself as he leaves, keeping his helmet firmly on, before he throws his bat away in disgust as he gets to the dressing room.

Well done Moeen Ali. Steve Smith is finally out! And he can't believe it!
Smith c&b Moeen 83 (Aus 274-3)
STEVE SMITH IS OUT! STEVE SMITH IS ACTUALLY OUT!
I genuinely looked up and thought I was seeing things. Steve Smith has chipped Moeen Ali's first ball straight back to him. It's a fine catch from Moeen, getting down quickly to take a low snaffle and get both hands underneath the ball. I wonder if that turned a little - the ball came off the inside edge of the bat. Moeen is mobbed by his teammates in celebration.
We're going to have double spin for a bit - Moeen is replacing Tom Curran.
Khawaja 132, Smith 83
Steve Smith works Mason Crane for a single before Usman Khawaja gets down on on knee and tries to sweep him into the stands. Khawaja misses, though, ending up swishing ta fresh air as Bairstow grabs the ball and knocks off the bails for good measure.

That was almost a Tendulkar-like whip away. We're seeing the real Khawaja out there today.
