The other three are Eoin Morgan, Ian Bell and Paul Collingwood.

  2. drinks break

    Eng 236-2published at 32 overs

    Target 361

Niiiiice. Oshane Thomas bangs it in short, Joe Root is ready for it and slices the ball up and over point for four more.

A classical square drive for one to finish the over.

    Time for a drink.

  3. Eng 231-2published at 31.3 overs

Joe Root goes to 5,000 ODI runs for England.

How? A top edge over the keeper for four. Well, if you're going to flash, flash hard.

  4. 'It should be a routine win...'published at 21:48 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2019

England are making their chase of 361 look less than formidable. It should be routine to win this match from here, which seems ridiculous considering the size of the target.

  5. 50 runs

50 for Rootpublished at 30.4 overs

Jason Holder slides down leg and Joe Root flicks it fine for four.

    That's 50 up for England's number three.

He's ticked it along brilliantly. Somewhere, Jonathan Trott is very proud.

Paul Wilson: If Roy opens for the Test team and scores like that we could win matches inside two days.

  7. Eng 219-2published at 30 overs

    Root 47, Morgan 8

Another single apiece for Root and Morgan.

  8. dropped catch

Root dropped on 46published at 29.1 overs

It's been a pretty poor fielding display by West Indies and this is the worst drop of them all.

Joe Root cuts straight to Ashley Nurse at point but the big man fumbles it and the chance is gone.

Loads of football teams have flags on display here. In no particular order, I've spotted flags and shirts representing Hartlepool, Birmingham City, West Ham, Southend, Yeovil, Sheffield Wednesday and United, West Brom, Derby, Macclesfield, Nottingham Forest, Man City, Bristol Rovers, Blackburn, Norwich (quite a few of them), Bolton, Charlton, Ipswich, Swindon and Leicester.

Roy looks good, shame there's no space at the top of the order in our Test team... Oh hang on...

Chris Gayle scored 126 more runs after Jason Roy dropped him.

Roy made 123 so still owes three runs.

Nah, we'll write that off. A fine, determined knock.

Out comes England captain Eoin Morgan to join Joe Root in the middle.

  14. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 27 overs

    Roy c Bravo b Bishoo 123 (Eng 205-2)

This time Jason Roy does fall.

The England opener tries to flay Devendra Bishoo away but it deflects off the top edge, Darren Bravo diving forward to take a decent catch at short third man.

Roy is disappointed but is given a rapturous standing ovation as he leaves the field.

A tremendous innings that has given England all the impetus in this chase.

  15. Not outpublished at 26.5 overs

Easy decision for the third umpire - plenty Roy's boot behind the line.

  16. Third umpirepublished at 26.5 overs

Devendra Bishoo rips one past Jason Roy's attempted sweep.

Shai Hope whips off the bails.

    A strangled appeal.

Going to check, Roy looks safe though.

  18. Eng 201-1published at 26 overs

    Roy 122, Root 38

Carlos Brathwaite is back into the attack with his side in desperate need of a wicket.

No wickets here but no boundaries either, Brathwaite conceding just five from the over.

That's the 200 up for England.

  19. Eng 196-1published at 25 overs

    Run rate 7.84

Bishoo floats it up and Root sweeps it powerfully away for four.

  20. dropped catch

Roy dropped on 119published at 24.4 overs

Another very, very tough chance goes down.

Jason Roy reverse sweeps Devendra Bishoo and Darren Bravo almost snares him, diving full length at a close in backward point.

Just one where the fielder hopes it happens to stick. A great effort.
