While Wednesday night's game was dramatic because of the run-chase, England looked fairly comfortable.

But this match has twisted and turned both ways, with both sides having the upper hand for significant amounts of time. It has been more enthralling for it.

Richard Wallis: Watching England failing to close out this match makes me think the World Cup celebrations are very premature.

  3. Eng 250-7published at 45 overs

Need 40 runs to win from 30 balls

A wide from Sheldon Cottrell and Moeen Ali taps a single into the leg side.

Another wide from Cottrell, cheered heartily by the England fans.

Rashid slashes the last ball away to deep point and absolutely tears it back to make the second run. Fine effort.

  4. Eng 245-7published at 44.4 overs

Adil Rashid flays wildly but makes no connection.

That's better, playing late with soft hands to work a single down to third man.

  5. Eng 244-7published at 44.1 overs

Moeen trusts his fellow spinner Rashid though, swiping down the ground and accepting the single.

Right. The effervescent Sheldon Cottrell is back into the attack.

Moeen Ali is on strike. He has the responsibility to getting England home.

Should team have two reviews per innings in ODIs?

    One seems a bit tight.

My initial reaction was that Curran's lbw decision was a shocker. Technology has since confirmed it, but Stokes had used up England's review

  9. Eng 243-7published at 44 overs

Need 47 runs from 36 balls

Adil Rashid jams his bat down and keeps out Jason Holder's yorker.

The Windies skipper has bowled out - a superb 10-1-53-3.

Can England make the most of seeing him out of the attack?

  10. Eng 243-7published at 43.4 overs

Cheeky. Adil Rashid tickles it fine past Shai Hope's dive for four as Jason Holder strays down leg.

Can't be too harsh on Jason Holder, he's led his team brilliantly back into this.

He's on for his last over. England need to negotiate this without any further damage.

This match was England's to throw away. Those wickets have changed things.

  13. Eng 236-7published at 43 overs

    Need 54 off 42 balls

    Great match, this.

  14. dropped catch

Rashid dropped on 0published at 42.5 overs

Jason Holder has dropped an absolute dolly.

The dolliest dolly you will ever see.

Adil Rashid slaps Devendra Bishoo straight to the West Indies captain straight at short cover but he puts it down.

This is why you don't waste reviews. Buttler too scared to tell Stokes he middled it to the keeper cost Curran his wicket.

We've finally got a replay of that lbw call against Tom Curran.

It was going high and wide of leg stump.

    Dreadful umpiring by Gregory Brathwaite.

No bat on ball. Rashid survives.
