    Oh!

That's a cracking delivery from Jason Holder, finding some extra bounce to get a full delivery to rip past Eoin Morgan's outside edge as he pushes loosely forward. Morgan nods in acknowledgement, and then carefully plays his way through a maiden.

    Morgan 14, Root 15

Another loose little push from Eoin Morgan is followed by a corking four down the ground, Cottrell just straying onto the pads.

A furious pull is cut off by the close fielders to keep Morgan to a single. After a frenetic start, it's all gone rather calm.

    Need 263 runs to win

Eoin Morgan flashes hard outside his off stump, and he gets enough of a top edge on the ball to squeeze a single through third man.

That's a tidier over from Jason Holder, just a run and a wide coming from it.

Cottrell's wicket celebration must be one of the most elaborate ever seen, I dread to think what he'd do if he got a hat-trick!

Meanwhile, on the field, Joe Root pushes a fine cover drive away for four more runs, before an Eoin Morgan back-foot punch adds another couple of runs to the total.

After Cottrell's military march and salute, we're having a conversation about cricketers' unique celebrations. Warner's run and leap? Dale Steyn's lawnmower starter? Tom Curran's aeroplane arms? What else?

  9. Eng 14-2published at 3 overs

Jason Holder sends a wrist-wrattler of a delivery into Eoin Morgan's bat, before the England skipper has a little flirt at a wide delivery that just beats the bat.

Morgan has another fence at a wide ball that is promptly signalled wide by the umpire, but he cracks a short ball for four to end the over.

After the first match, I asked Jason Holder whether he felt he had enough bowling options. He said he felt it was more about their catching, but they've brought in a bowler - Cottrell - for a batsman, so it's pretty clear what they really thought.

This is good from Sheldon Cottrell, and he draws a false shot out of Joe Root with a fullish delivery.

Eoin Morgan works a fullish delivery to the leg side to get his innings under way.

Same celebration from Cottrell. The Windies players let him complete the routine before mobbing him.

    Ah.

Jason Roy has chopped on. It's a wide tempter of a delivery from Sheldon Cottrell and Roy can't resist the temptation. He flings his bat at the ball and ends up toe-ending onto his stumps.

That's too short from Jason Holder, and Joe Root happily pulls the ball through square leg for four.

Holder ends the over with a polite inquiry for lbw against Root, the England man missing an attempted pull, but the ball has come off his pocket, rather than the bat.

Love that celebration from Cottrell, as did his team-mates. Echoes of Samuels and Stokes.

    Shot!

Joe Root starts his innings with a sumptuous cover drive for four. Lovely stuff.

That's, er, a mixed over for England.
