Eoin Morgan will absolutely have his 15 in his mind. He is a pretty black and white guy. He has been clear since he took on the England captaincy with his vision of how he wants the team to play.

It is a very difficult selection and there is great competition for places but I think England have been building for this tournament for four years.

Jofra Archer has come along and merits his selection and deserves to be in final 15. The captain will know exactly who he wants.

More from Eoin Morgan: "Chris Woakes was outstanding and the way we adapted our game to get to 350 was brilliant. We got off to a magnificent start and that gave the perception that is was a really flat wicket.

"I thought the wicket slowed up as both innings went on and we did well to post 350. Chris Woakes shows time again why he is considered one of the best with the new ball.

"I could pick 17 at the moment. It is going to be an extremely tough selection. Every member of the squad has made the decision even tougher. There will be a couple of disappointed men in the next few days but those guys, given the nature of high level sport with injuries and illness, will be called upon during the World Cup."

Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed speaking at the presentation: "Result-wise it is not ideal for the World Cup. But the way the batsman are batting we are ready for the World Cup.

"We have taken some positives but we need to sort out our bowling and fielding. Shadab Khan is important and will join us tomorrow and so will Amir. Congratulations to England as they played really well. Every time we come to England we have a lot of support from the Pakistan fans."

Man of the match Chris Woakes: "It’s been a great series for us and a great few weeks for us against a strong Pakistan team. The confidence is high and keeps everyone on their toes. We are always trying to improve and it is a great place to be.

"We are wishing each other the best and enjoying our success. Thankfully it was my turn to take the wickets today but we like to share it around.

"I think your mindset has to change as a bowler. You have to realise fast bowlers have changed. If you can hold up one end and the other guy is taking the wickets then you’re doing a great job for the team. It was important we hit form in this series. Everyone has done well and looking forward to moving forward."

It has been a hallmark of the Curran brothers. They embraced the situation and want to be the ones to make the difference. They bowl in the powerplay at the start and at the death at end. They always want to make a difference.

It may just swing it for England and their final World Cup 15. It is not just about batting and bowling skills. It might be about the character of the person.

Roy finishes the series with 277 runs from three innings, averaging 92.33.

Bairstow and Vince gave England a great start. They had to regroup and we have said they have to be more thoughtful and adaptable and they did that today. They faltered a little but 350 is still a huge score.

I'm so ready for the World Cup now.

If the weather holds - and I will do an anti-rain dance every day if I have to - then we should be in for some cracking matches.

I think if you look at the scorecard a number of the guys would have fancied going on get hundreds but the ethos of the team is that they are not concerned about individual accolades .

Although Vince hasn't got big scores he has bought into the team ethos and has tried to set the tone and hit shots as an opener.

At some point you have to score runs - runs are your currency.

So, what have we learnt from this series?

Well, if England's opening partnership fires, and the middle-order does what they're capable of, we're going to be in for some huge totals.

I think the argument over the final bowling spots might have been sorted - personally, I'd bring in Archer for Willey and T Curran for Denly, based on their performances in this series - but England have at least been able to have a look at all their options.
