  1. Pak 208-6published at 34 overs

    Imad 12, Asif 4

Four! That's not the right line from Moeen Ali, sending a delivery down the leg side, and it's easy enough for Imad Wasim to get down and sweep it to the fine leg boundary.

A full-blooded clobber from Imad finds the fielder at mid-on for one, and he and Asif Ali have to content themselves with a couple of whipped singles.

We can now point to pre-match football benefiting England with a run-out.

  3. Pak 201-6published at 33 overs

    Target 352

A slower ball from Tom Currnan, and new man Imad Wasim drives it with aplomb to the boundary for a welcome four runs.

A solid defensive push from Imad ensures he wangles the strike for the next over.

  6. Pak 193-6published at 32 overs

    Target 352

That is three brilliant bits of fielding from England in quick succession.

    Stupidly, stupidly good.

A hundred was in Sarfaraz's pocket. He was almost there. It is a slow walk back to the dressing room.

Sarfarz run out (Buttler) 97 (Pak 193-6)

    That is just outrageously good.

Jos Buttler's been lucky - he stuck his foot out to stop the ball and it could have ricocheted anywhere. As it happened, it trickled back in his direction, and he was able to collect it and whip the bails off with Sarfaraz's bat hovering just over the line.

Sarfarz came out of his crease and missed the ball, which looked to be going for byes.

Has Jos Buttler just pulled off a stunning stumping to get rid of Sarfaraz?!

  11. Pak 193-5published at 31.3 overs

Asif Ali scampers his way off the mark, before Sarfarz leans back and guides a couple of cheeky runs through backward point.

  12. Pak 190-5published at 31.1 overs

Sarfaraz is still going for the big shots, but he's limited to just a single from the first ball of Moeen's over.

He's been joined by Asif Ali.

Rashid is a local lad and he has got a great reception for that brilliant, athletic bit of fielding. Rashid took off full-length and the ball went into his left mitt. He is not someone known for return catches but he'll remember that one.

    Shoaib c&b Rashid 4 (Pak 189-5)

    Oh, Adil.

After being pumped for 15 runs, Adil Rashid has just produced a stunning bit of fielding. Shoaib Malik airily chips the ball back towards the bowler and Rashid follows it. He leaps in his follow through, left hand desperately grasping, and the ball just sticks in his palm. Think Nathan Lyon in the Ashes. That's two astonishingly good bits of fielding from Rashid in the space of 15 minutes.

  16. Pak 189-4published at 30.5 overs

Sarfarz goes again through the leg side, and he punches his thigh in annoyance as Ben Stokes cuts off the ball at deep cover.

Terrific batting from the Pakistan captain. He has got the bit between his teeth now. He is getting his own back on this England team.

  18. Pak 188-4published at 30.3 overs

    Sarfarz 93, Shoaib 4

    Four more!

Adil Rashid is under pressure, and this is too short, making it too easy for Sarfaraz to move down and pump four down the ground. Into the nineties he goes...

  19. 6 runs

    Pak 184-4published at 30.2 overs

Oh this is even better! Six!

Again, a little skip down the pitch, a swing of the arms, and Rashid's second ball gets hoicked into the crowd.

That six off Rashid was Sarfaraz's first six since January 2018. He hadn't hit a six in his previous 17 innings.
