These umpires are not making many friends within the Pakistani contingent in the crowd. There are loud boos when these short balls are not called wides.
Hafeez 11, Sarfarz 8
Through mid-off drives Mohammad Hafeez, but Carlos Brathwaite throws himself on the ball and stops it reaching the boundary.
An 89mph short ball from Oshane Thomas is called wide, much to the amusement of the Pakistan fans.
To give you an indication of how wide that was, Shai Hope was leaping up into the air and still took the catch above head height.
Into the post-drinks period, and Oshane Thomas will continue.
Proper fast bowling is great, isn't it?
Especially when I'm sat at a desk and not out there in the middle facing it...

Mohammad Hafeez takes on the final short ball of the over in slightly awkward style, but he manages to hustle it down to fine leg for a single.
That'll be time for a drink.
Hmm. The crowd are getting on Carlos Brathwaite's back, booing him as he whistles down a bouncer to Mohammad Hafeez.
Hafeez has a wry grin on his face. It's not signalled as wide, but it did look to be a shade over shoulder height.
Andre Russell's dismissal of Haris Sohail was his first short ball caught behind in an ODI game since January 2015 (v South Africa).
Thomas 2-0-16-1
Four more!
This time Oshane Thomas floats a half-volley into Mohammad Hafeez's pads, and it's oh-so-easy for the batsman to clip it square to the boundary.
That's better from Mohammad Hafeez, jumping on to the back foot and carving an Oshane Thomas short ball through point for four.
"If you're bowling short, you've got to be getting the line right," says Michael Holding on the telly. He knows a thing or two about fast bowling.
Here's Mohammad Hafeez.

There is no technique there, Babar was the key player for Pakistan who are in a lot of trouble now.
He is a class player, but that was unnecessary. They needed a stable partnership with some positive intent but not a shot like that...
Babar c S Hope b Thomas 22 (Pak 62-4)
My word, what a take!
Pace, pace and more pace does for Babar Azam. This is another cracker of a delivery, tempting Babar into a loose drive. Babar chases the ball and the edge goes high to the right of Shai Hope. Hope leaps, stretching every sinew in his body, and somehow manages to cling on to the ball while hanging in mid-air.

I don't get people talking up Pakistan's chances as dark horses; they're in horrific form - they've lost their last 11 ODIs in a row. That is emphatically not World Cup contender form! Not looking too sharp here either.

Pakistan are doing well to nurdle those gaps in the field, and they get a smattering of singles from Carlos Brathwaite's over.

It has quietened down even in the rowdiest Pakistan section after the early wickets. They’ve got flags, drums, horns and one-year-old babies here to cheer the team on. One chap is imitating Sheldon Cottrell’s salute when the left-armer is hit for a boundary...
Babar Azam and Sarfarz Ahmed exchange a couple of singles to end Oshane Thomas' first over.
Shot!
Oh, Babar Azam. He takes on the Oshane Thomas short ball, slightly less threatening than the Andre Russell thunderbolts, and hoicks it through mid-wicket for a gorgeous four.
