Root c Latham b De Grandhomme 7 (Eng 59-2)
Yep, pressure...
A horrid, horrid shot. Joe Root feels the need to score, tries an ugly hoik at a loose, wide one and just nicks that to the keeper.
It's all gone quiet over there...
Colin de Grandhomme trundles one into the pads of Joe Root and goes up for an appeal - always missing down leg side though.
Root then loses his composure a bit and tries to hammer the big man back to Euston - misses it by a mile!
Pressure?
Root 7, Bairstow 32

This is incredible cricket.
Joe Root is looking to be the rug to tie this front room of an innings together. He's only scored six from 25 balls but he' still in there.

Grant Doig: A few sixes and a four watching England win the World Cup.
A change is going to come - it's Lockie Ferguson and his Fargo 'tache having a dart.

Craig White: Watching the final from the British Embassy in Mexico's Cactus Club.
The win predictor gives England an 83% chance of winning from here. They must not be based in England.
This is wonderfully poised. We may not have had the beat-em-up cricket we were promised back in May so far in the final but a close, low-scoring game is always more exciting to watch at the end.
"This is Yorkshire versus the world," says a colleague on my desk.
As it always is, to Yorkshire...

Wimbledon-Lord's is giving me whiplash. The kids may not get fed unless I can tear myself away long enough to order in.

Four very fluky runs. England are riding their fortune.
Root 3, Bairstow 29
Jonny Bairstow then almost chops on to his stumps, a thick inside edge that runs away for four!
Fifty up. England - and Bairstow - having some lives this afternoon...

Listen to that cheer! There is relief in that.
More great bowling from Henry, inducing Bairstow into a false stroke but he pulls out of it in time - and then clips a beauty of a four through midwicket!
A huge, guttural cheer.
