I thought she was gone. There was essentially a frame in it.

    Aus 115-0

It's tight. Very, very tight. Mooney gets her bat down as she reaches back for the crease - and she's not out.

I'm a bit worried here for Beth Mooney. This could be really close.

This is now Australia's highest partnership in Women's T20 World Cup history.

  6. Aus 115-0published at 12.5 overs

Jahanara (and her eyeliner) takes a rest - Rumana (and her glasses) return to the attack.

But in terms of rotating the Bangladesh bowlers, it's akin to shuffling the deckchairs on the Titanic - Healy and Mooney are going along nicely.

I don't want to jinx it, but we could be on for another century tonight.

  9. Aus 111-0published at 12 overs

    Healy 66, Mooney 45

What's also impressive is that when you consider Shafali Verma was dropped twice on the way to her 46 earlier today, Healy and Mooney haven't given a chance so far.

This was how Healy reached 50:

  10. Aus 108-0published at 11.2 overs

Healy skips down the track to Fahima, that's four through mid-wicket - while a slash over cover just brings her a single as the sweeper pounces on it.

Healy has 65 from 38 balls. Marvellous knock.

One of the most impressive things about Jahanara Alam is her eyeliner. It's indestructible.

  12. Aus 103-0published at 11 overs

Mooney straight-drives over the umpire for a single, Healys not had much of the strike in recent overs but still manages to squeeze a single out of the sprawling cover fielder.

Australia are flying. They really should be targeting 200 at least.

  14. Aus 101-0published at 10.4 overs

Bangladesh turn back to opening bowler Jahanara Alam, their sole seamer amid their array of spinners. She runs in almost at a 45-degree angle to the stumps, Mooney whips a four off her legs, that's the century stand - and it looks like one or two Bangladesh fielders are rather losing heart here.

Mooney is playing catch-up with Alyssa Healy now.

  16. Aus 96-0published at 10 overs

    Healy 58 (32 balls), Mooney 38 (28)

Fahima Khatun is Bangladesh's sixth bowler (and their second leg-spinner) - she's also bowling in a cap, but for variety, she's wearing sunglasses. (In a day-night game with the floodlights on). Doesn't really use her front arm much in her bowling action. But it's more of the same from Australia, who are taking singles and twos at will and hitting strongly down the ground - a four from Mooney bisects long-on and long-off well. 11 from the over.

If these two stay in, is 200 on the cards?

When I first started covering women's cricket, Alyssa Healy was always a little underwhelming. Australia never really knew where to bat her and while her glovework was outstanding, it never felt as though she knew what her role was. She's revolutionised her batting since then and she's the best opener in T20 cricket by far.

  18. Aus 85-0published at 9 overs

    Healy 57 (31 balls), Mooney 28 (23)

Rumana tosses up more leggies, Healy takes aim at a full toss but doesn't find the boundary for once, the opening bowler Jahanara Alam just cutting it off at wide long-on.

  19. Aus 81-0published at 8.3 overs

Beth Mooney is very much the support act so far, but she's doing a great job picking off ones and twos to add to Healy's assault. This time, however, the left-hander helps herself to four through long-off to move to 27 off 22 balls.

  20. Aus 74-0published at 8 overs

    Healy 53 (28 balls), Mooney 21 (20)

Australia had never played Bangladesh before today. It looks like they are quite enjoying it so far.

We're struggling to keep up with all of Healy's boundaries, here's another:
