We're back - it's Mark Mitchener back in the live text chair - and we're now focusing fully on a crucial game for England.
So the Proteas go top of Group B with a dominant victory that also sees Thailand eliminated.
Amy Lofthouse has the report of South Africa's rout here.
We'll be back with live coverage of England against Pakistan in about 10 minutes.
But mainly it was the Lizelle Lee show today.
Here are the highlights of the South Africa opener's century.
Then again, Laura Woolvardt took this worldie...
Here are those drops...
South Africa captain Dane van Niekerk: "The main box we wanted to tick was to take the win but we didn't tick every box.
"Credit to Lizelle Lee for that century and Sune Luus stuck with her and then we accelerated at the back end.
"But our fielding let us down, we want to be at our best whoever we play.
"The dropped catches are a worry. We took our chances against England but we can't be that inconsistent in the field. My team-mates are disappointed in that but there isn't much time before the next game so we can't dwell on that."
Thailand captain Sornnarin Tippoch: "All credit to Lizelle, she hit the ball really hard, but we didn't get the lines and lengths right so there are things to improve on. Our fielding as well.
"It was a big score on the board but we tried to go out there and play with courage."
South Africa opener Lizelle Lee, who hit 101: "It was one of those days when it came off for me. We struggled a bit in the powerplay but then I had a really good partnership with Sune Luus.
"It hasn't come off in the last few games but I'm happy it did today and it gives me confidence for the rest of the tournament.
"We hadn't batted together in a while and it was great to do that again here."
Thailand return to bow to all corners of the crowd.
They've gained a lot of fans and vital experience in this tournament.
Hopefully they can finish on a high against Pakistan.
Padunglerd b Ismail 7 (Tha 82 all out)
Shabnim Ismail returns and ends the game in emphatic fashion.
Full, quick, straight and Ratanaporn Padunglerd can't fend it away as the South Africa quick rearranges the stumps.
South Africa complete a dominant 113-run victory to move top of Group B and eliminate Thailand.
Yep, a good slide of the bat and Soraya Lateh was home in time.

I didn't think that was out. They must have thought that was the end of the game.
Ismail sends in the throw and Chetty takes the stumps but surely the batter was in?
It's sent upstairs and Thailand start walking off!
Er. Wait for the replay!
Target 196
Shot! Hello! Ratanaporn Padunglerd carts Nadine de Klerk back over her head for four.

That nearly knocked her head off! That's got to be her first warning.
Yeesh. Nadine de Klerk sends down a beamer that Soraya Lateh plays very well to glance away for a couple.
That's a clear no ball and a free hit.

It's been a strange World Cup - we've seen some phenomenal fielding, but also some dreadful fielding. One team starts dropping catches and it's contagious.
Laomi c Van Niekerk b Luus 3 (Tha 73-9)
Dane van Niekerk doesn't shell this sitter.
Suleeporn Laomi miscues a pull shot off the top edge and South Africa's skipper pouches it safely at mid-wicket.
Sune Luus has bowled a few ropey deliveries in among some decent ones and now has three wickets.
Suleeporn Laomi's toe was just back over the line.
Suleeporn Laomi swipes at a wide one from Sune Luus and misses.
Trisha Chetty whips off the bails once more.
Tight. The third umpire is called for.
