Pakistan can't afford a slow start. Not when you're chasing 159. They're chewing up a lot of dot balls.
Katherine Brunt has started well too.
Pushed across Muneeba, who goes fishing and very nearly nicks off.

Fran Wilson's one of the best fielders in the world.
Need 158 from 114 balls
Fran 'Jonty' Wilson makes a fine diving stop at backward point.
An excellent first over from Anya Shrubsole, just one run conceded.

There's a bit of swing there. Though it looks very cold.
Target 159
Ooh! A peach first up from Shrubsole.
Round the wicket to the left-handed Muneeba, angled in and nipping away to take the outside edge.
But the ball falls just short of Heather Knight at first slip.
Anya Shrubsole to bowl the first over.
Here we go...
England run to take their fielding positions.
Pakistan openers Javeria Khan and Muneeba Ali stride to the middle.
Cheers Mitch.
It's not just Nida Dar that England have to beware of - Javeria, Muneeba and Bismah batted very well against West Indies the other day.
A few early wickets would be very handy for England.
So, will it be England's bowling attack to finish the job? Or do "Lady Boom Boom" and her team-mates have more tricks up their sleeves?
It will be Jack Skelton to talk you through the Pakistan innings.
For me though, the champagne moment of the innings would be Sidra Nawaz's legside stumping to remove Natalie Sciver:
I've always been a fan of absolute world-class wicketkeeping. And though some of today's fielding - particularly the catching - has left a lot to be desired, this was some top keeping.

England should have got more runs. The run rate was at eight throughout most of the game and they should have been able to push that up to 10 or 11 later on.

It'll all come down to Nida Dar, Bismah Maroof and Javeria Khan for Pakistan.
Pakistan need to score at least 50 in the powerplay.
Fran Wilson played pretty well for 22 from 19 balls, but her dismissal prompted the flurry of wickets near the end:

Heather Knight is the backbone of this team.
Here's how she reached 50:

No one likes to finish seven down but it has given some more England players more time in the middle.
I think England will win this quite convincingly.
Eng 158-7
Winfield goes aerial, Javeria Khan dives in from long-on but can't take the catch cleanly (pretty standard for today's two games) and England run two.
Pakistan will need 159 to win.
Ecclestone hits to leg, she'll only get one.

I think England have got enough because their bowling attack is so good but you just never know.
