Well done England. I think you've knocked years off my life with the exquisite tension. Wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful match.

I've got to give huge credit to Buttler. He hasn't kept very well, he had a lot on his mind. But he's come out under huge pressure and hit the ball so cleanly. But he looked so calm as he did it. It almost became a one-day situation.
Just a few highlights from Chris Woakes' knock...

Pakistan were huge favourites with the first innings lead. But England fought back. To bowl out Pakistan and then chase it down, we all thought England wouldn't make it.

Chris Woakes played the innings of his life.
Yasir Shah gives Chris Woakes a big pat on the back.
England needed 160 to win when Woakes came in. The Brummie Botham ends with 84 not out. Incredible.
Let's not forget about Jos Buttler too.

What a finish and truly outstanding win. That's one to lock away as being very special. That is one of Joe Root's more special victories.
England have done it! A sensational chase.
It comes in nervy fashion. Chris Woakes edging the ball down to third man but they do not care.
Woakes has his arms out-stretched. The players leap to their feet in the dressing room. What a victory.
There may not be anyone in the ground but I can feel the tension in thousands of living rooms across the country.

Just imagine if there were 20,000 people in here. But it's great the game is taking place, with the atmosphere generated entirely by the players out there.
Need four to win
Tension. Real tension. Bess goes to play and then tries to leave. In the end the ball clips his bat and bounces down before the slips.
The young spinner has seen out the over. Chris Woakes will be on strike next.

Woakes looks a bit anxious now, he's coming down and having a word with his newly arrived partner.
Dom Bess is calm enough to be able to have a smile as he defends his first ball.

It's not done yet but surely, surely, England will finish it from here.
Dom Sibley is sat with his hands together like he's praying, staring down at the pitch from the dressing room.
Dom Bess is the new batsman.
England need four. Pakistan need three wickets.

He went for the big hit. It's absolutely plumb. He wasn't even tempted to call the review.

This game. Crazy.
Broad sweeps and is hit on the pad. It's plumb. One last chance for Pakistan?
England are only four away but a new batsman is coming in.
