We've seen the pitches in this series be a bit two-paced for the side batting first and improve as the evening goes on.

Could a used pitch reverse that trend?

Either way, England will want to dominate the first powerplay with the ball, as they did in the first and third T20s.

Can India make a better start today?

It's a used pitch so potentially chasing could be a bit harder today.

So - win the toss, win the game?

The coin flip has seemed to be more important to the overall outcome than Nuneaton in a general election this series.

England fast bowler Mark Wood isn't having it though - he says winning the toss does not give either team an unfair advantage.

"The toss has been made a bigger than what it actually is," he said.

"If either team has to bat first, they can still win. I don't think there's a huge disadantage. I just think both teams prepare to chase because you know exactly what to go for, you've seen how the pitch has played."

RP Patel: Okay, do we assume England have won the T20 series then?

India captain Virat Kohli: I'm pretty happy. We were always willing to challenge ourselves, and probably would have done the opposite when we won the toss.

"Our record hasn't been too bad in the recent past batting first - we just want to improve on every aspect. It's tougher to set a total when you don't know how the pitch will play out, but this pitch looks the best of the series - harder and more even. I think last game our body language wasn't up to the mark and we discussed that in the team meeting."

    No Ishan Kishan?

The star of the second T20 is out with a minor injury, says Virat Kohli.

India have made two changes - Ishan Kishan and Yuzvendra Chahal are replaced by Suryakumar Yadav and Rahul Chahar.

India: Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli (capt), Rishabh Pant (wk), Sheryas Iyer, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Rahul Chahar.

England are unchanged from the side that won the third T20.

England: Jason Roy, Jos Buttler (wk), Dawid Malan, Jonny Bairstow, Eoin Morgan (capt), Ben Stokes, Sam Curran, Jofra Archer, Chris Jordan, Adil Rashid, Mark Wood.

England captain Eoin Morgan: "It looks a really good wicket, we're back on the surface we played the first game on.

"The challenge of setting a total is always unnerving depending on how you start in the first 10 overs. Then there's the dew element, that adds to the stress of setting a total. I also think both sides have bowled better in the first innings.

"We've never really tried to be number one in the world, everything is just building to the World Cup. It's obviously a lot easier learning when you're winning, as opposed to learning the hard way."

England certainly hope that run continues.

Eoin Morgan has called correctly and, unsurprisingly, elected to bowl first.

    Advantage to the tourists?
