Georgia Redmayne grimaces. Earlier in that set she hit a lovely four but she misses a straight one trying to open the face of the bat and is bowled by Heather Knight.

A huge wicket for London Spirit.

  4. Fire 65-5published at 65 balls

A full wide ball from Sophie Munro is missed by Tammy Beaumont behind the stumps and it's five runs to the Welsh Fire total.

It's missing the stumps! Well I never!

  7. Not outpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 18 August 2021

Decision overturned! It was missing leg and Georgia Hennessy survives. It wasn't the greatest shot, as she stepped across her stumps and tried to work it to leg, but the ball trajectory was going wide of the stumps.

There is not much batting left after Georgia Hennessy. If she's out here, this could be crucial.

Georgia Hennessy given out lbw after being struck on the pad by Sophie Munro. She's reviewed it.

If London Spirit can bundle out the Welsh Fire for 80 or 90, it's game on!

Welsh Fire got off to a really good start but it's been a calamity since then.

  12. Fire 58-5published at 60 balls

A tidy set from Heather Knight with three singles milked off it.

  13. Fire 55-5published at 51 balls

Georgia Redmayne still there, with 27 off 21 balls.

Georgia Hennessy shows a bit more sensible strokeplay to stop the clatter of wickets, momentarily, at least with a delightful cut to the boundary for four.

    They're just gifting wickets away.

  17. Fire 51-5published at 50 balls

Birmingham Phoenix are going to be absolutely fuming with the way Welsh Fire have batted here if London Spirit end up chasing 80-odd off 40 balls in the second innings.

*Eyes emoji. This is pretty daft batting from Welsh Fire. Another tame dismissal as Piepa Cleary spoons one into the hands of skipper Heather Knight at mid-wicket.
