    17 thousand?! Unreal.

Fi Morris gives them something to applaud with a lovely reverse sweep for four - and follows it up with a drive for another boundary. Well played.

The attendance for this game has been confirmed at 17,116 - a new record attendance for a women's domestic match.

    A special, special day.

  4. Brave 31-7published at 40 balls left

    Need 91 runs to win

Can Morris and Norris help Brave get to a respectable score? They'll do well to avoid being bowled out for less than 50 here. It's been brutal from the Invincibles.

The worm shows Southern Brave Women are 30 runs behind Oval Invincibles Women. Southern Brave Women are 31 for 7 after 60 balls. At the same stage Oval Invincibles Women were 61 for 1

There's not been much good news for Southern Brave fans, but there is some very good news for cricket fans in general ...

That one just skidded on as Stafanie was looking for the turn. A brilliant stumping.

If it wasn't already ... game over? Stafanie Taylor was coming down the wicket, trying to get a boundary, but she misses the ball and Sarah Bryce completes the stumping.

  8. Brave 27-6published at 45 balls left

    Need 95 runs to win

Maybe the fact that Brave have been so good in the group stages has actually been their downfall? These middle order batters like Fi Morris have barely batted, and now when they're needed, it's under the most intense pressure of all.

Everyone thought Southern Brave would walk this. They were so good in the competition.

Stafanie Taylor is still there, though, and she helps herself to four more.

The last wicket fell with Brave on 14. Does this count as a partnership?

Jo Gardner has dropped two today, both at mid-off. The only excuse I can give her is that it's wet out there, but she should have taken them.

Oh, poor Jo Gardner. Another chance, this time was drilled hard at her but she seems to be really struggling with the wet ball.

She has been very good in the field for Invincibles this tournament, so she'll be disappointed with that - which is reflected in the words she shouts, that I can't repeat on here.

    19-6. I still can't quite believe I'm typing that.

Katie: Wow, what a performance by the Oval Invincibles. I did fancy them to win after last night, however was not expecting this. Will be a miracle if Southern Brave manage to pull of a win from here.

  16. Brave 18-6published at 59 balls left

    Need 104 runs to win

A boundary!!!! I'd forgotten what that looked like, the ball bouncing over the ropes.

Stafanie Taylor is Brave's only hope, surely.

If I was captain, I'd say just go for it now. You've got nothing to lose.

  18. Brave 14-6published at 60 balls left

Fi Morris chips one up in the air that just lands short of the fielder! What a stunning performance this has been from Oval Invincibles. Ruthless.

Kapp is having a belter. It wasn't a great delivery, outside the off stump, but everything is going wrong for Southern Brave.
