England stand-in skipper Moeen Ali: "I though we were good in all areas. We batted well and today we were brilliant. Then Adil Rashid was great, Reece Topley with the new ball. We got the spinners in early and then squeezed them in the middle.

"I got some momentum with my batting. I was happy to contribute for the team. Adil is a brilliant bowler who is getting better as he gets older. He is a wicket-taker.

"The death bowling was fantastic and we will take confidence from that."

West Indies skipper Kieron Pollard: "I think it was a game of two halves. We can look at certain things. The back end of England's innings is where we let it go a bit.

"It only takes one over of big hits. We thought 170 was chaseable but they got to 190. We screwed up in the middle of our innings, not losing wickets but being a little slow.

"Adil Rashid bowled exceptionally well again, as he has in this series, with his variations and tomorrow will be an even game."

There's been a lot of criticism of Chris Jordan's death bowling of late, but this over shows it's not his ambition but his execution that has been at fault. He executed those first three balls perfectly.

Half an hour has gone on the final day of the women's Ashes Test where England are trying to force a dramatic win.

They are yet to find a breakthrough, however, and Australia have extended their lead to 78. The hosts are 38-2 in their second innings.

For Heather Knight's side to have any chance they need to quickly dismiss Australia to give themselves a target to chase.

Australia, meanwhile, could declare later on and have a go at bowling out England for a win that would clinch the Ashes.
