It was a reasonably simple catch for Smriti Mandhana.
India have done the first part at least, maybe just slightly later than they'd have hoped.
Beaumont c Mandhana b P Yadav 18 (Eng 71-2)
Poonam Yadav strikes and Tammy Beaumont is on her way back to the dugout.
Yadav pitches it up, it turns slightly and Beaumnont hits it straight to mid-on.
England struggle to dispatch these lofty deliveries from Poonam Yadav. They look like they should be sent on their way but the hosts only manage three singles.

Ooh! There is a bit of conversation between Shafali Verma and Harmanpreet Kaur there, because the latter felt Shafali could have put a dive in at backward point.
Beaumont 16, Sciver 5
Nat Sciver is the new batter in and is off the mark in brilliant fashion, carving the ball through point for four.
Six from the over and, more signficantly for India, the wicket of Danni Wyatt.

It was really good from Richa Ghosh. Nobody else saw or heard anything, the bowler certainly didn't.
That is a really important wicket.

That is a fantastic review by India.
Wyatt c Ghosh b R Yadav 31 (Eng 56-1)
Gone! Great review!
TV replays show a huge spike and Danni Wyatt's innings comes to an end.

The umpire didn't move. Richa Ghosh was very interested.
Eng 56-0
We have Yadavs' from ends as Radha Yadav has a go at breaking this opening partnership.
Has the spinner done exactly that from her second ball? Wyatt looks to play a reverse sweep and the 'keeper is convinced she'd edged it.
Given not out.

England's batting depth is impressive, so these two can really go.
Tammy Beaumont walks down the wicket and lofts the ball over Yadav's head, the ball falling just short of Smriti Mandhana at long-on.
Yadav bowls another loopy delivery which is so high it's signaled a no-ball.
England are going along very nicely.
Another change in the bowling as Poonam Yadav sends in her floaty off-spinners.
There's a play and a miss from Wyatt followed by a sweep to fine leg to bring up England's 50.

It was a tough one - I'm not sure anyone knew!
Wyatt launches Sharma, it's gone high and manages to clear the fielders. Reddy, racing back, does her best to slide and stop the ball from reaching the boundary.
There's a short stop in play as the TV umpire looks at whether Reddy's body was touching the boundary as she dragged the ball back.
It's tight, but it's given four to England.

I feel like the no wickets down at this stage is quite important, especially with these two batting.
Wyatt advances down the wicket and chips over the bowler's head for a single. She did not look overly in control of the shot.
But Wyatt follows that with a textbook sweep, the ball speeding through the blades of grass for four. Shot.
Change of bowling, in comes Deepti Sharma. Can the spinner find a breakthrough?

There is an ominous feeling. It does feel like England have warmed up now. They've managed to keep the run rate up too, even without hitting the boundaries.
India need a wicket.
