It's tough to watch - we have an excellent cricketer struggling at the moment.
No real damage done as Heather Knight fails to make the most of the free hit, just a single down to long-on.
But this bowling is pretty woeful at the moment, Radha Yadav is not having the best of times.
Radha Yadav is bowling so short and so flat that the ball bounces twice before it reaches Knight. No-ball signalled by the umpire - it's a free hit for England.
Tammy Beaumont is enjoying this!

Huge wicket for India that - they're up and about, they're buzzing with smiles on their faces. But what a strange run for England to take.
Sciver run out (Ghosh) 1 (Eng 31-2)
Great work from Richa Ghosh behind the stumps!
It's a wide delivery from Pandey, Ghosh misfields it and England look to scramble a single. But the India 'keeper makes amends by chasing after the ball, turning and throwing it one motion.
Direct hit and no need for the TV umpire, Nat Sciver is well out of her crease.
This is the start India wanted and needed.
England are in the runs! Tammy Beaumont already has her eye in as she thrashes it through covers for four.
