I like this from Lewis Gregory. He is mixing his bowlers up really well. We had the pace of De Lange followed by the mystery of Rashid Khan.

Back comes Rashid Khan. How on earth do you score big off this man?
Thumbs up if you're second in the tournament's MVP standings...

De Lange is fast. He is a big fella and he bowls a heavy ball. Because he comes from height and hits the wicket hard so the sensation as a batter is that the ball is heavier when it hits the bat.
Spirit are in a spin but it's time for seam as South Africa's Marchant de Lange - with his strong facial hair - comes on to bowl.
Bopara and Morgan work the ones and twos almost better than the DJ at the ground. Seven from it.

The one thing you know is that these two batters will not be fazed by this situation. The equation is a simple one.
The left-arm wrist spin of D'Arcy Spin is introduced to the attack and Morgan misses out on a loosener which should really have been swatted for six.
Just four from the set.
London Spirit's worm, for all their big shots, is struggling to keep up with the Rockets'.

Spirit need 90 runs off 65 balls
You don't get many experienced batters as Bopara and Morgan. They've got a real job to do here, though.

It has been death by spin so far for the London Spirit. We have only seen five balls from Rashid, though, Carter is upstaging him and pushing him forward for hero of the match.
Denly lbw b Carter 3 (Spirit 33-4)
Yep! It hit Denly on the full and TV replays confirm it would have hit off stump cleanly. London Spirit are in disarray here.

Round the wicket is never easy to get an LBW for an off spinner. But I think this is close.
Spirit 33-4
Carter has his third as Denly is struck low on the pads and the umpire's finger is raised... Spirit review but, I'm calling it, this is so out.
I often run out for superlatives to describe Rashid Khan. The leg-spinner is at the top of his game and his first five deliveries show us just, conceding just three.
Over to you, skipper. Morgan needs to play a captain's knock.

Pressure, pressure pressure. This is what it creates. Not the best looking shot from Inglis. Full credit must got o the bowler. Patel is bowling really well in tandem with Carter. Here comes Eoin Morgan. He loves these situations.
Inglis c Moores b Patel 13 (Spirit 29-3)
Watch remarkable head cam footage of wicketkeeper catch
Nightmare start for Spirit as Josh Inglis has to make his walk back to the dugout.
The opener takes a wild slog at Patel, the ball deflects off the top edge of the bat and goes high above his head. Wicketkeeper Moores makes no mistake with the gloves.
