Much needed six that from Bell-Drummond. The Phoenix were faltering a bit in this power play. Jordan responds, though, beating the outside edge.
There is a bit of rain in the air. Just light stuff at the moment. Bell-Drummond finally times one and slaps a shortish ball over point for a maximum.
England's Chris Jordan is on. Relentless pace for the Phoenix to deal with. He beats the swing of Allen.
This is excellent bowling from the Brave. Phoenix are struggling to time their shots off the surface.
De Grandhomme digs one in and it follows Allen, beating the bat. Another dot. Quality.
Big Colin de Grandhomme is on, his magnificent mullet flapping in the breeze. He picks up where Garton left off.

Garton got his act together very well after the first ball. This is a great start for the Brave now.
After conceding that first-ball four, Garton has responded brilliantly. Just the four runs from the following nine balls. Top bowling. Quick too.
Garton continues and Allen digs out a yorker. Well bowled.
Phoenix 7-0
Yep. Not out. Total waste of the review.

It's off the face of the bat! A waste of a review.
Phoenix 7-0
The Brave have gone upstairs to review it.
Bell-Drummond has taken the case off it, though.
Bell-Drummond is hit on the p first ball. Another big shout for LBW but once again the umpire is unmoved. Leg bye.
If it is in Allen's half, he is swinging at it!
Big appeal for LBW as the second ball hits Allen on the pad. Probably going down leg.

Ouch. Absolutely no respect shown there, he slapped it.

What a shot to start the game! That is a gorgeous straight drive.
CRUNCH! Finn Allen belts the first ball straight down the ground along the floor for four.
We are away!
Bell-Drummond in at the top in place of Miles Hammond. Someone who can get the innings off to a rapid start. In theory.
George Garton will start with the ball for the Brave...
