It's a competitive total. But it is absolutely there to be chased. This could be a thriller.

That was gutsy by De Lange, they didn't expect the slower ball and then that was smart work to nail the run out. That one run could be all the difference.
That score feels around par, maybe slightly under given the start they got, but it's going to be a tough ask and require a strong innings from one of the Rockets' stars.

After having taken a bit of tap, De Lange returned well.
Cooke run out 4 (Phoenix 166-6)
We end with a wicket.
Cooke can't get De Lange away properly, who gathers the ball and throws down the stumps at the non-striker's end, with the batsman way short.
A pull from Cooke is stopped near the rope by D'Arcy Short. Two taken.
Slower ball. Missed by Hammond but they manage a bye.
Cooke swings and misses and they run for a leg bye.
De Lange to bowl out and end the innings.
The first is a yorker that Hammond hits to off but just for one.
Cook versus Cooke. The latter dabs for a single.

That could be significant in the second innings for fast, tall bowlers like Tom Helm who can bowl a good slower ball out of the back of the hand.
Howell c Short b Cook 12 (Phoenix 160-5)
OUT!
Howell sends one flying high into the Nottingham sky but D'Arcy Short gets underneath it and takes it comfortably.
Four again! Howell punches one flat through midwicket.
The next is short and uppercut for four by Howell.
Cook will start the final 10 balls. A slower ball brings a dot.

Outstanding batting from Hammond, moving early and opening the face of the bat.

When you attempt for a yorker again, having bowled a full toss above waist height, it's brave. Because another no-ball that height and you're out of the attack. But then you also risk a low full toss instead.
Ten to go. Phoenix on the charge, led by Miles Hammond, who takes another four off De Lange to end the pace bowler's set.
That's better. Extra pace and he beats the swing from Hammond.
