They've lost quick wickets. It's so crucial to build partnerships. Yes there are only 100 balls but you still need to play yourself in as a batter.
Heath c George b Matthews 12 (Supercharger 23-4)
Three boundaries and out! Bess Heath's short cameo innings comes to an end as the she pulls the ball straight down the throat of Katie George fielding on the boundary.
Need 112 in 83 balls
Three consecutive boundaries for new batter Bess Heath! The best line of defence is attack.
Armitage b Cleary 1 (Superchargers 7-3)
Correction, Superchargers are in DEEP trouble.
New batter Hollie Armitage also departs for just one as Piepa Cleary cramps her for room, the ball ricochets off the knee and unearths the off stump.
Wolvaardt run out 1 (Superchargers 2-2)
Gone! And it's fantastic glovework from wicketkeeper Sarah Taylor.
The batting pair go for a quick single as the fielder misfields, the throw comes in and Taylor whips off the bails in an absolute flash!
Superchargers are in trouble here!
Superchargers 2-1
Just like Smith, Hayley Matthews is opens the bowling and the batting!
Hold up, has batter Laura Wolvaardt, who just came in, been run out? We've gone to the TV umpire.
Winfield-Hill c Hennessy b Smith 0 (Supercharger 1-1)
Lauren Winfield-Hill chips it straight to the fielder at mid-off! Bryony Smith hit the ground running when opening the batting earlier and now she's done it with her off spin.
Lauren Winfield-Hill and fellow opener Jemimah Rodrigues make their way to the middle.
You can find out more about India superstar Rodrigues by reading this brilliant piece by Alison Mitchell.
She's off the mark with a single off the bowling of Bryony Smith.

I think they might be about 10 or 15 runs short.

Welsh Fire were 79-3 after their first 50 balls and only made 130. They'll be disappointed with that. Linsey Smith pulled it back brilliantly with 3-14 from 20 balls.
So then, Northern Superchargers need 131 from 100 balls to win.
We may have a game here which goes down to the wire.
Griffiths c Kimmince b Smith 4 (130-8)
A wicket with the final delivery of a tidy five-ball set from Linsey Smith as Griffiths lofts it down the ground and is caught by Griffiths on the boundary.
Smith has been sensational, finishing with three wickets from her 20 balls, conceding just 14 runs.
Alex Griffiths is the new batter in, joining Georgia Hennessy in the middle. Fire could really do with some boundaries from this final set of five.
Cleary stWinfield-Hill b Davidson-Richards 4 (122-7)
Another stumping! Cleary gives herself some room by moving to the leg side, Davidson-Richards is wise to it and bowls a little wider outside off and Winfield-Hill behind the stumps does the rest.
Georgia Hennessy and Piepa Cleary are the two batters in. Those two wickets have pegged Welsh Fire back a little bit here. What can they do with these final 10? Some boundaries will do them nicely.

I'm not sure who is to blame but the reviews have taken way too long in the last two days. The Superchargers players were joining in the crowd's slow hand clap there.
Luff lbw b Smith 13 (Fire 115-6)
That's enough of Luff.
It's a brilliant line from Smith and the Fire captain is struck on the pads. It's originally given not out, Superchargers review and TV replays show it would have gone crashing into the stumps.
The wait for the TV umpire took an absolute age, in which time the Northern Superchargers started the slow handclap made famous by the Icelandic, and then the crowd joined in. Love it!
Sarah Taylor scored 18 from 17 balls. It wasn't the most fluent innings but she had a decent amount time in the middle which will have done her good.
Taylor st Winfield-Hill b Smith 18 (Fire 114-5)
Sarah Taylor's innings comes to an end as she dances down the wicket, takes a good old heave at the ball and misses as wicketkeeper Winfield-Hill whips off the bails with ease.
It was good bowling from Linsey Smith who sent it down slightly quicker.
