A "brutal" knock is how Matthew describes Joe Clarke's innings. Here's the best of it.
My colleague Matthew Henry has stitched together his match report from that win for the Manchester Originals and you can check that out here...

Colin Ackermann has been frustrated to miss out in the first few games but bowled brilliantly, got rid of Ben Duckett with an incredible run out. I think we can take some encouragement from the Manchester Originals men's team in the women's side. We can certainly learn a few things.
Originals batter Joe Clarke: "I was trying to hit the ball in the middle of the bat. When I hit one that came out I tried to hit more. I got a couple and didn't get some. I am happy every time it goes over the rope. The Hundred has been great so far. Obviously, people had opinions before it started but the crowds have been unbelievable."

The players looked like they enjoyed it. Joe Clarke played a fearless brand of cricket.

I've seen Joe Clarke play a lot and he always looks like a classy player.
Joe Clarke's knock was key in this victory for the Originals. He made 58 off 31 balls, with four fours and four sixes.
Originals captain Carlos Brathwaite: "I wanted to replicate Jos Buttler's calmness out there. It went real fast, was an eye-opener and I enjoyed it. As a bowling unit, we got early wickets and put them under pressure. It was a very good track, and they looked 15 runs short, and then we batted them out of the game with our openers. It was a clinical performance and I'm very happy."

Originals were always in control. They went about 20 balls without a boundary, which got the home crowd interested, but they were always going to win after that flying start.
Manchester Originals held their nerve at the end there.

It's not going to be long before Joe Clarke is in the England team now. What a fantastic player.
Michael Vaughan
Former England captain on BBC Two
Two in two for the Originals - they are getting used to this tournament now.
Colin Munro gets the job done. A cut down to third man and there's no fielder there to prevent the ball scooting over the rope. They have done it with five to spare.
Colin Munro biffs David Payne's yorker down ground for four.

Carlos is going for the big shots straight away, he wants to finish it with boundaries.
Carlos Braithwaite attempts to go big but just one run.
A no ball from David Payne!
