There's another lbw shout from Wiese which a ball angling in to Cross. It's hit high on the pad and looks to be going to down leg. Namibia, wisely, decide not to review.
Shot of the day for Scotland as Leask plays a beautiful cover drive for four. Slightly pitched up by Wiese and it was there to be hit, but executed nicely.

At this rate, the Scottish cricket team will arrive home before the postcards do.
Time for spin now as Bernard Scholtz turns his arm for the first time. The off-spinner beats Leask's bat with one which straightens up.
A decent over for Scotland. Six from it.

If Scotland can scrap themseles up to something decent, they may hope that Namibia's inexperience tells. But whenever you lose three wickets that early, it is difficult to come back.
It's proper dark in Abu Dhabi now as JJ Smit bowls his second over. Leask flashes at a full and wide delivery but can't clear the inner fielders.
Leask is deceived by a well-disguised slower ball. Namibia's bowlers really have delivered in these first seven overs.
Lucky! New batter Michael Leask inside edges Wiese and the ball whistles past leg stump and down to the boundary.

That is absolutely plumb.
Wallace lbw Wiese 4 (Sco 18-4)
No need to review. Craig Wallace is on his toes and deep in his crease. The batter is struck on the pads. The umpire's finger is raised as soon as David Wiese asks the question.
David Wiese, who played for South Africa at the last T20 World Cup, comes on for a bowl.
The seamer slices Wallace with a slower ball which nips back and goes through the hap between bat and pad.

Scotland should be four down, in my book. I really thought that should have been a run out. I don't know what saved him.
This Trumpelmann is some bowler. And he has a real spring in his step.
He finds the edge of Cross's bat as the ball squirts past first slip for four. Streaky as they come.
Cross takes three more with a push through the off side.
While Namibia progressing from the group would come as one of cricket's biggest ever shocks, a couple of wins at the World Cup would do wonders for cricket in the nation.
Smit bowls a wide line and Matthew Cross play and misses twice. Scotland going at two runs per over here. This wasn't part of the plan.

Going in to a meeting now, wondering if Scotland will be 10 all out by the time I come out?!
Jay, Leeds
A change in bowling as JJ Smit comes on to bowl. A tall seamer, broad shoulders, with a good action. He rushes Wallace with a fuller delivery which jumps up on the batter. Scotland take a quick single to mid-off.

Trumpelmann has figures of 3-3 after two overs.
