Wooooft. Well that has certainly quietened the crowd! David Warner heaves Imad Wasim a mile back into the stands.

Amazing spectacle now Pakistan are in the building! What a crowd! What a noise! I almost feel sorry for the Aussies (almost).

    Target 177

Shaheen is back at his best at the end of the over, firing in a yorker towards Warner's toes.

Here's how Shaheen lit up Dubai in that opening over with the wicket of Aaron Finch...

It's a beautiful shot. There's a lot of power - you can see why he's called the bison.

  6. Aus 12-1published at 2.3 overs

Mitchell Marsh's eyes are wide under the Dubai lights as he watches Shaheen charge towards him. It's like some sort of cruel torture. You'd have to pay me a lot of money to face this.

Typically, Marsh finds the middle of his bat for the first time as I write that. It's four - the first serious blow struck by the Aussies.

  7. Aus 6-1published at 2.1 overs

Imad has done what we all wanted - got through his over quickly so Shaheen can charge in again.

I can't argue with that. It was proper theatre from Shaheen Shah Afridi. Marsh and Warner are trying to struggle through a Pakistani hurricane at the start.

From one extreme to the other...

It'll be Imad Wasim's spin at the other end.

Shaheen Afridi... My word. That is some opening over.

Justin Langer is almost rocking in his seat. Not easy viewing for an Australian.

  15. Aus 1-1published at 0.5 overs

This is absolutely electric. Shaheen is zipping it all over the shop. Marsh doesn't have a clue.

    Big swing and a miss.

Mitch Marsh hangs on. Hats off to Chris Gaffeney - that was a mighty fine decision.

We're waiting for the replays. It's a snorter of a yorker from Shaheen which has hit Marsh on the toe.

It's new batter Mitchell Marsh who is in danger.
