"I've seen cloud from both sides now," were the words of Joni Mitchell (brilliantly covered by Gang Of Youths).
I know how she feels. The clouds have been, gone, and are on their way back again.
I reckon it's going to rain again. Soon.
The latest news is that there will be an inspection at 15:10 BST.

It's rodding down, which it also did last night as I walked back from watching the football.
Incidentally, I was surprised at how few pubs I could find showing the football in the Lambeth/Southwark area. If you can help me out for the weekend, I might join you for a pint.
This doesn't look great.
It's definitely raining. A lot.
