  1. Pak 110-3published at 16 overs

Taskin Ahmed impressed in his first spell but has just gone for 16.

Muhammad Haris has raced on to 31 from 17 balls. A perfectly-paced innings to put Pakistan on the brink.

The free hit is whacked into the leg-side for six! A blow that could signal Pakistan's progress into the semi finals.

  3. 6 runs

    Pak 106-3published at 15.3 overs

Ooh, Taskin Ahmed has overstepped - though only just looking at the replay.

Free hit to Pakistan and Muhammad Haris hammers the ball through the on-side for six!!

Pakistan firmly in the driving seat now. The semi-finals are in sight.

  4. Pak 96-3published at 15.2 overs

    In the air .....but safe!!

Shan Masood has top-edged the ball into the air but lands safe as three Bangladesh fielders converge at deep mid-wicket.

    Pakistan are living dangerously.

Another slight glimmer of hope for Bangladesh. The running has been chaotic today.

  6. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 14.3 overs

Nawaz run out (Das) 4 (Pak 92-3)

He was just short! Mohammad Nawaz has to go. That was a brilliant piece of fielding by Litton Das, though it looked a very risky and pretty needless run from Pakistan.

The Bangladesh fans celebrate. Are they back in this?

  7. Umpire reviewpublished at 14.3 overs

Just as Daniel Norcross says that a Bangladesh direct hit from extra cover may have run out Mohammad Nawaz.

The third umpire will take a look.

The running in between wickets has been frenetic but successful. They have managed to turn ones into twos.

Here are the two Pakistan wickets to fall so far. Bangladesh need a few more though if they are to secure their place in the semi-finals.

  10. 6 runs

    Pak 88-2published at 13.4 overs

    That's unlucky from Afif Hossain.

Mohammad Haris has top-edged a pull to deep square leg and Afif has taken a superb catch before throwing the ball back into play as he tumbled over the boundary - but replays showed his foot was touching the boundary sponge as he did so.

Six runs to Pakistan, who are starting to accelerate.

Beautiful shot. It was a bit too full and wide. Up and over the in field to the boundary.

  12. Pak 80-2published at 13.1 overs

Alex Hartley asks and Pakistan deliver.

Muhammad Haris has just hammered Mustafizur Rahman over extra cover for four.

    Good shot.

Pakistan are going to need someone to go out there and play some shots.

  14. Pak 75-2published at 12.5 overs

    Is this a chance?

Mustafizur Rahman bangs one in short. Muhammad Haris pulls and it looks to have hit his helmet then the bat before flying just over the gloves of a diving Nurul Hasan.

They physio comes out to check on Haris but it looks like he will be ok.

  15. Pak 69-2published at 12 overs

That won't help Shakib Al Hasan's mood. Ebadot Hossain has overstepped. Free hit for Pakistan.

That's a good response from Ebadot though as Pakistan cannot score off the free hit.

A rather chaotic over finally comes to an end.

The ball is pitching outside leg and it works in Shakib's favour in this occasion. He'll be relieved when he sees the replay.

  17. Pak 66-2published at 11.4 overs

    Carnage!

There's a huge appeal for lbw from Ebadat Hossain. Nothing is given. Pakistan take a risky single. The throw comes in, misses the stumps, but with no-one backing up the ball flies away for four overthrows.

Shakib Al Hasan is not happy with the umpires, he seems to be indicating he wanted to review the decision but he didn't do so in time.

Some good news though, Shakib. The ball was pitching outside leg so you would have only burnt another review anyway.

Caught at backward point. A really good diving catch by Shanto and now both openers are out.

  19. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 11.2 overs

    Rizwan c Shanto b Ebadot 32 (Pak 61-2)

Nothing wrong with that though. That's a brilliant catch.

Mohammad Rizwan has slashed at a wide delivery from Ebadot Hossain and Najmul Hossain Shanto has taken a really smart catch diving forward at backward point.

    Pakistan starting to wobble.

  20. Not outpublished at 11 overs

That was a pretty rotten review. The ball pitching well outside off-stump.

    On we go.
