It is relatively plain sailing so far for the Rockets. What the Superchargers need now is a wicket.

It is relatively plain sailing so far for the Rockets. What the Superchargers need now is a wicket.
Need 112 to win
The bad luck continues for Northern Superchargers, namely bowler Ben Raine who finds Malan's outside edge and it races down to the boundary.
But a good comeback from Raine, who concedes just three more from his five.

That's just what you want from your fielders. That's a big stop from Adam Lyth to prevent a boundary.
Need 120 runs
DJ, play that song. On comes DJ Bravo. And the West Indies veteran is very unfortunate not to pick up a wicket as a leading edge from Alex Hales almost carries to long-on.
Some good fielding from Adam Lyth saves his team three runs.
A tidy five deliveries from Bravo.

A little bit short and going towards the short side of the boundary.
You don't do that to Alex Hales.
Need 124 runs to win
Roelof van der Merwe is introduced to the attack and the spinner is despatched into the leg side with a powerful, clubbing shot from Hales.
Make that consecutive boundaries. This time Hales opens the face and places into the gap on the off side.

You just can't be that predictable to Alex Hales.
This is what Alex Hales does! It sits up nicely for the opener who waits back and clobbers Wiese down the ground for six.
James Anderson
England bowler on BBC Two
Its a tough chance because he hit it so hard, but when you are defending this sort of score you've got to take those chances.
It was difficult, but it's got to stick.
Rockets 12-0
Man of the moment David Wiese, who starred with the bat, almost makes an impact with the ball.
Malan drills it to extra cover and Adam Hose can't hold on. How costly will that be?
Need 141 to win
A solid start from Trent Rockets. Two boundaries and some sneaky singles.
Back-to-back boundaries! Too full and on the leg side from Potts and Malan nonchalantly flicks off his pads.
Up and over mid-off. Malan lofts his first delivery for four.
A solid block from Hales first up. We won't see too many of those.

I was looking at the Superchargers players as they got into a huddle and there was a real energy about them. They are really going for it here.
Right the players are back out there. Alex Hales and Dawid Malan - two sensational cricketers in the shorter format - will open for Trent Rockets. Matthew Potts will open the bowling.
Rockets need 152 from 100 balls. The chase is on.
Here's a terrific grab from Joe Root, who spent a lot of that innings talking to the TV commentary team through the player mic.
Don't forget, Superchargers were 0-1 after the first ball.
Thanks, Tom.
David Wiese. Great hair. Great bloke. Great batter. Here's a shameless plug - I spoke to him last October ahead of his T20 World Cup debut for Namibia.
Today he has produced an outstanding knock which may well have saved his team from defeat. They looked down and almost out at one point.
It's game on.
I think I need a lie down after all that. Thankfully Kal Sajad is here to guide you through the Trent Rockets reply.
