Dre Harrison: Jason Roy is erm… going through it right now.

Brian Harris: Feeling really bad for Jason Roy now. Awks.

James Sibley: Jason Roy what are you doing!?! That World Cup spot is going!

  2. Invincibles 5-1published at 95 balls left

Jason Roy took an age to trudge off the pitch. You don't need to be a body language expert to work out his mood.

That will make the Invincibles feel a bit better though. Sunil Narine cutting a lovely shot into the off side for four.

He's gone without scoring again. Captaincy or no captaincy his poor run continues.

And he's gone second ball would you believe it?

It's a poor shot from Jason Roy as he attempts a pull into the leg side but gets the timing all wrong and Dwayne Bravo takes a decent catch at mid-off.

Ben Raine will open the bowling for Superchargers with Jason Roy, under pressure and in need for a score, facing up first.

Alice Capsey has just been presented with a birthday cake live on BBC Two to mark her 18th birthday, with crowding serenading her with a rendition of 'happy birthday'.

Hope she doesn't eat too much cake straight away though, she will be in action for the Oval Invincibles in a few hours.

    Thanks Sam.

Well, what do we think of that?

Adam Lyth set the platform for what could have been a hefty total with some brutal hitting, but the class of Sunil Narine helped drag things back for the Invincibles.

My hunch is that the Superchargers are a few runs short there. It is all set up nicely for a thrilling chase though.

It's time for a change from us so I'll hand you over to Tom Mallows to take you through what should be an exciting Invincibles chase.

I don't think the Superchargers will be happy with how the innings finished. They had a lot of momentum at the start but it all disappeared when Adam Lyth was out.

I think they are 10-15 runs short of what they would have targeted at the halfway stage.

  13. Invincibles need 158 to winpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 11 August 2022

What a knock from Adam Lyth but it was a pretty impressive comeback from the Invincibles in the second half of the innings.

It feels like the Superchargers have fallen short of par but in this tournament, it is hard to tell!

The win predictor is saying 61% for the Superchargers but I'm not so sure. I think they have left 15-20 runs out there so I think the Invincibles will be pretty happy with that.

  15. Superchargers 157-7published at 100 balls

What a shot to finish from Roelof van der Merwe! He uppercuts the short ball from Sam Curran and sends it all the way for six!

Plenty of sixes in that innings but the Superchargers might be slightly disappointed with where they've ended up after such a strong start.

Still, it's set up for a fascinating chase!

  16. Superchargers 150-7published at 98 balls

A bit of good fortune for the Superchargers and they'll take it! A low full toss from Curran, an inside edge from Ben Raine but the balls runs away fine, beating short fine leg and goes away for four.

Sam Curran is the sort of player who is up for a challenge and I'm sure only having four fielders on the boundary won't bother him too much.

  18. Superchargers 144-7published at 95 balls

Good finish from Tom Curran and with five balls to go, he'll hand over to younger brother Sam to finish off the innings for the Invincibles.

This is some slip by the Superchargers, who were flying at halfway. On a good pitch with small boundaries, this doesn't feel enough.

  20. Superchargers 143-7published at 94 balls

The wickets are tumbling but the good news for the Superchargers is that the Invincibles haven't got through the innings quickly enough so an extra fielder has to come inside the ring.

That allows van der Merwe to find a gap and with limited protection in the deep, he gets four very useful runs.
