A remarkable innings from Will Jacks, but he hasn't taken his team over the line.

    Jacks c Inglis b Thompson 54 (Invincibles 95-3)

Maybe, just maybe... It's the end of a fantastic innings from Will Jacks and he will not be there at the end for his side.

Jordan Thompson went short, Jacks took it on but skied it and Josh Inglis came in from deep mid-wicket to hold on to a steepler.

The Invincibles need to be careful here.

It looks like a straightforward win for the Invincibles on the cards.

  4. Invincibles 94-2published at 30 balls left

    Need 29 more to win

It should still be straightforward for the Invincibles but the longer this game lasts, the more of a chance London Spirit have.

Funny things can happen at the death in a chase.

    A very straightforward catch.

Is there a twist in the tail, Abhishek?

  8. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 33 balls left

    Rossouw c Lawrence b Ellis 24 (Invincibles 91-2)

Caught in the deep. Rilee Rossouw didn't need to play the big shot but he clearly fancied getting this game done quickly.

It was banged into the pitch by Nathan Ellis and Rossouw could only slice the ball out to Dan Lawrence in the deep on the off side.

Sam Curran is the new man in.

The Oval Invincibles can get up to third if they managed to improve their run rate here. They have a real opportunity to do so too.

  10. Invincibles 89-1published at 35 balls left

    Need 34 more to win

The Invincibles have run the Spirit ragged. Jacks and Rossouw are both quick between the wickets and seem more than willing to take on just about any fielder out there.

Less than a run-a-ball needed now.

The Oval Invincibles have really punished the London Spirit.

Another good five from Dawson but he is bowled out. He ends with figures of 1-21 from his 20 balls.

    Need 41 more to win

Rossouw gets in on the act! He hits Dawson high - very high - over wide long-off.

The ball only just drops over the boundary cushion for six but Bopara had a lot of ground to cover to try and get there and couldn't quite make it.

Dawson will continue for the next five.

    Invincibles 75-1

A third half-century of the tournament for Will Jacks. It comes up from 32 balls, his intent has been clear from the outset and he has put his side in complete control.

Lawrence continues, turning his five into a 10 and concedes just eight runs. Very good from the off-spinner but he really should have had a wicket.

The Invincibles are cruising at the halfway stage.
