  2. 'Lord's will be very special for us'published at 20:44 British Summer Time 21 September 2022

India's captain Harmanpreet Kaur: "Today was very important. Everyone who was getting a chance utilised it.

"Batting is something I always enjoy and whenever I'm in the game I always enjoyed it and I was getting all the support from the staff too.

"When I was batting it was not an easy wicket to bat on but England were bowling well and I was taking my time. After that I gave that freedom to myself because I was well settled and just wanted to carry on.

"Goswani is always giving us breakthroughs and now our team is depending on her. Whoever was getting the chance was getting a breakthrough and that's what you need from your players.

"Lord's will be very special for us. The way Goswami is bowling. Having a senior like her is very special and saying farewell to her at Lords will be special. We are very happy our last game is going to finish there."

And here's the winning moment, it's the one India supporters have been waiting for for 23 years. Look away England fans.

  4. 'Lord's is a great opportunity for our young side'published at 20:41 British Summer Time 21 September 2022

More from Amy Jones on Sky Sports: "Inexperience can bring inconsistency but we've seen some great spells from [England's young bowlers] in this series already and certainly over the summer. Coming up against such a good batter, in such good form is always going to be a challenge.

"It is not over though, there are points up for grabs at Lord's so it'll be a quick turnaround for us all as a group. We just need to nail our plans.

"Heather Knight, Nat Sciver and Katherine Brunt add a huge amount to the team and we'd love to have them here, of course. But we saw through the T20 series that it has given others an opportunity and, at times, they have stepped up, albeit inconsistently.

"The last game at Lord's is a great opportunity for a younger side and for us to step up and show what we can do. It's been a long season and it'd be brilliant for us all to be in that changing room at the end having won the game."

England did have their moments today. Danni Wyatt stood out with an early 65-run partnership with Alice Capsey.

  6. 'We lacked a match-winning innings'published at 20:36 British Summer Time 21 September 2022

England captain Amy Jones: "Obviously every loss is tough and they got away from us there. Harmanpreet batted brilliant and almost flicked a switch and really took it to us at the end. We struggled to defend at the end and we just didn't get close enough.

"We needed some big partnerships and were lacking a match-winning innings as well.

"It is very difficult when Harmanpreet was going at the end. She was finding the boundary everywhere, it felt like. It was important to slow her down as much as possible.

"Our bowlers are exciting young talents and it is going to be a great experience and learning curve for them. For us as a whole group, it is about how we respond to moments like that.

"Reflecting on what is a good ball and what is a good shot is important because it felt like wherever we were bowling, she was finding the boundary."

Huge achievement for the India team and they have deserved every bit of it.

Brilliant and what an innings! We'll remember that for a very, very long time.

I have a feeling Kaur's innings will change things for women's cricket in India.
