  1. Eng 141-4published at 24.4 overs

    Target 334

Jones breaks the shackles with a superb cover drive off Deol. Absolutely creamed through extra cover and it reaches the boundary in a flash.

The last thing that Jones will want is to put pressure on Wyatt.

She is batting beautifully but won't be able to do it on her own.

One of the greatest bowlers of all time? Goswami is definitely up there.

Jhulan Goswami's bowling: 3% full, 83% good length and 14% short. 6 overs, 0 maidens, went for 29 runs, took 0 wickets with an economy of 4.83.
  4. drinks break

    Eng 133-4published at 24 overs

    Target 334

Another miserly over from Goswami with only three from it.

Jones just hasn't been able to maintain the scoring rate after those boundaries off Sharma a few overs back.

She can think about how to alter that as the players take drinks.

  5. Eng 130-4published at 23 overs

    Target 334

Harleen Deol is on to bowl her mixture of off-spin and leg-spin and she is adamant that she has got Wyatt with her fifth ball.

They go up for caught behind as Wyatt tries to cut. India are convinced, the umpire says 'not out' and when India ask whether they can review, they're told it's not available.

That was very, very close to the edge of the bat. Maybe that evens it up with the Emma Lamb dismissal earlier?

The worm shows England are 14 runs ahead of India. England are 131 for 4 after 23 overs. At the same stage India were 117 for 3.

Wyatt is playing a fabulous innings but she needs some help.

That is Wyatt's fourth fifty in 98 ODIs.

  8. 50 runs

50 for Danni Wyattpublished at 22 overs

    Target 334

A single from the last ball of Jhulan Goswami's over takes Danni Wyatt to her fourth ODI fifty. It comes up from 40 balls. This has been a very valuable innings for England - they need her to stay out there for a while yet.

The run map shows Danni Wyatt scored 50 with 5 fours, 4 twos, and 22 singles for England Women
  9. Eng 124-4published at 21 overs

    Target 334

Another misfield, this time from Vastrakar at deep point allows England to take two from the first ball of Sharma's latest.

Long-off is back after Jones' big hitting down the ground in Sharma's previous over and so the skipper pushes for one. Another over ticks by.

England are doing really, really well.

  11. Eng 119-4published at 20 overs

    Jones 13, Wyatt 44

Very good over from Gayakwad to put the brakes on a little after Jones' charge in the last over.

Just three from it but England are going OK. They'd prefer to be one or two down rather than four but they've done enough to keep themselves in this.

  12. Eng 116-4published at 19 overs

    Target 334

A good over for England and it helps keep the required rate manageable. It's is hovering at arounds sevens, at the moment.

  13. 6 runs

    Eng 116-4published at 18.5 overs

    Target 334

Jones goes again - but bigger and better! This one bludgeoned dead straight by the England skipper and clears the ropes by a long way.

The intent is there for all to see. That rebuilding period is over then...

    Jones has absolutely nailed that!

  15. Eng 110-4published at 18.4 overs

    Target 334

Clever cricket from Amy Jones. The ball is tossed up by Sharma, Jones advances and hits the ball up and over mid-off for four.

With the fielder up, that is a relatively risk-free shot.

Not much wiggle room for England to lose another wicket here.

  17. Eng 105-4published at 18 overs

    Target 334

England are back into rebuilding mode then and that is ideal for Gayakwad. The left-arm spinner is able to settle into her work again. Just two runs from the over.

  18. Eng 103-4published at 17 overs

    Target 334

Amy Jones comes in with England very much in need of a captain's innings.

    Fabulous bowling and Capsey falls.

  20. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 16.4 overs

    Capsey c Verma b Sharma 39 (Eng 102-4)

Big wicket. It's a fairly tame dismissal to end a very good innings from Capsey.

Perhaps frustrated by being kept quiet in recent overs, Capsey tries to hit Deepti Sharma over the top but sends a thick outside edge to mid-off where Shafali Verma takes a straightforward catch.

    England in big trouble again.
