India showed their class once again in Malahide to bring cheer to their big contingent of fans after a rain delay of over two hours.
Ireland will lick their wounds and now focus on the second game with another chance of securing a first win over the world's top T20 side.

Hooda finished as India's top scorer on 47 from 29 balls while Kishan and Pandya provided able support.
