Excellent from Tom Hartley, who keeps things in control for Manchester Originals with another neat set of five.
Time for a strategic timeout so the Originals can discuss how they are going to get this next wicket. Because they need it badly.

The best part for London Spirit in this good start is they have taken minimal risk.

That's guided absolutely brilliantly. Third man had come up and fine leg was pushed back, and that was exploited.
A touch of class from Ben McDermott as he just places his bat outside off stump and guides the ball for four.
A nice partnership building now between Crawley and McDermott. With wickets in hand, will they start to go for it soon?
Zak Crawley is in the mood.
He smashes Matt Parkinson down the ground for four more. Another lovely looking shot.
What an impact Ireland's Josh Little is having for the Manchester Originals.
A crunching pull shot for four from Ben McDermott concludes the powerplay, and in the end it's a good one for the Spirit.
They'll be looking to kick on now.

Zak Crawley was a bit lucky there. He was just looking to clip it on the leg side. As we spoke earlier, if you bowl that quick it absolutely races off to the boundary.
Four more! But Zak Crawley is a lucky man.
He skies one high up in the air as once again Josh Little's pace catches him off guard, but it somehow lands safely between two fielders and reaches the boundary.
Josh Little is causing all sorts of problems.
Ben McDermott is almost caught as he tries to pull one that is too quick on him, before Zak Crawley swings and misses at the next.
Another two from the last ball to conclude a profitable set for the Spirit.

This is turning into such a reasonable start for the London Spirit despite the early wicket.
Same shot, same result!
Spirit recovering nicely now having lost Rossington second ball.
Make that four more.
Crawley into his groove now, sweeping Tom Hartley for another boundary.

Straight out of Test match cricket! That's the best shot selection, one for the cameras.
Oh, glorious from Zak Crawley.
Straight down the ground for four runs as the bowler Richard Gleeson can just watch it whizz past him.
Another talented young bowler, Tom Hartley, completes the second set of five balls.
He does well not to concede a boundary, and Originals will be happy after the first 10 balls.
