    The sun is beaming down over Newlands now as Bismah Maroof and Sidra Amin set about rotating the strike, nudging eight runs off Pooja Vastrakar's latest over.

    They are very quick between the wickets and it is giving Harmanpreet Kaur something to think about.

    Harmanpreet is also nursing a shoulder injury and it is noticeable in the field, she isn't quite throwing herself about as she might do if 100% fit.

    We are having a debate in the office about which country has the most picturesque cricket grounds.

    South Africa and New Zealand have to be up there. Grounds in the Caribbean are beautiful as well.

    What a review that is! That is fantastic cricket. It didn't look like she'd hit it at all. What a great delivery for Vastrakar, she went for the short ball and Dar is an aggressive player. She was always going to take that on.

    That flew off the middle of the bat and was inches away from being a six.

    Bismah moves on to 18 from 17 balls.
