Three dot balls to start this over and the rate's as high as it has been in this chase. If it gets up to two a ball it starts to get very tricky indeed.

Here's how Sophie Ecclestone accounted for India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur a little while ago.

Meanwhile, Sarah Glenn has just beaten Richa Ghosh with a beauty outside off stump.

  3. Ind 84-3published at 13.0 overs

Smriti Mandhana with some clever cricket.

She uses her feet to go wide in the crease and create the angle to drive Charlie Dean for four.

A couple of balls later and she puts her hands through the shot to muscle one to the fence this time.

England had been very disciplined in the middle over. However, Nat Sciver-Brunt's fourth ball strays on to the pads of Richa Ghosh who whips her for four.

Next ball she bounces Ghosh who rocks on her heels and pulls it for four after Alice Capsey allowed it squirm between her hands as she slid in the deep.

Here's how Sarah Glenn snared Jemimah Rodrigues from moments ago. If England can take the wicket of Smriti Mandhana they will be favourites you sense.

A fantastic bit of captaincy, bringing Sophie Ecclestone back into the attack at this stage. Heather Knight realising this was the partnership to break to get into this game.

  7. wicket

    Kaur c Capsey b Ecclestone 4 (Ind 62-3)

Huge for England as Sophie Ecclestone removes the India captain.

Harmanpreet Kaur uses her feet down the pitch to the left-arm tweaker but she too is done by the turn and skies it.

Alice Capsey juggles it in the ring but manages to hang on.

India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur is the new batter. She and Smriti Mandhana happy to work Sarah Glenn into the gaps for the time being.

We are at the halfway stage. India looking handily placed if these two stay in but a couple of wickets will put the pressure on.

Sophie Ecclestone is thrown the ball by Heather Knight.

England will now feel they are in the game and hope that the run-rate will climb.

That wicket encourages the umpires to let the players have a bit of liquid refreshment. Which way is this going?

If England can snaffle Smriti Mandhana it will be game on, I think.

There's the wicket England were looking for! Jemimah Rodrigues had been playing so nicely but here she just uses her feet and it was very out of character. She usually thrives in the run chase.

  12. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 9.1 overs

    Rodrigues c Brunt b Glenn 13 (Ind 57-1)

    Classic leg-spinner's dismissal.

Jemimah Rodrigues goes downtown to Sarah Glenn but with a fraction of turn is not able to quite generate enough distance.

Lurking in the outfield is Katherine Sciver-Brunt and she is safe as houses with the catch.

England could do with a wicket here.

Just the one over from Sophie Ecclestone to stem the tide. She must need to check how her beloved Everton are getting on.

Charlie Dean replaces her but Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues happy to knock her into the gaps for ones and twos.

England are not getting the breakthrough they need to able to stop the run flow.

  16. Ind 53-1published at 8.2 overs

Why is it a huge miss? Here's what Smriti Mandhana did to Katherine Sciver-Brunt at the start of the innings.

That is a huge miss. If England had a wicket in that over then they would have been on top. England have really missed a chance with that drop.

  18. dropped catch

Spin from both ends, with leg-spinner Sarah Glenn now into the attack and a chance for England.

Smriti Mandhana chips her second ball high over the head of Sophia Dunkley on the edge of the circle. She turns and dives after slightly misjudging it and ends up grasping at the ball as it spills from her hands.

    Now that could be costly.

Kate Cross is such a fantastic powerplay bowler and you feel like if England want to win the tournament they have to be aggressive.

I think Kate Cross should be playing ahead of Katherine Sciver-Brunt.
