  1. 6 runs

    Pak 90-7published at 18.4 overs

It's six! Freya Davis tries another slower ball but Tuba Hassan picks it again and launches it just over the head of Katherine Sciver-Brunt on the ropes.

KSB even took the catch, but her foot had made contact with the rope.

  2. Pak 84-7published at 18.3 overs

    SMACK!

Tuba Hassan launches a loopy slow ball from Freya Davies through the leg side for four.

Freya Davies' search for a first World Cup wicket goes on.

  3. Pak 80-7published at 18 overs

    Tuba 17, Fatima 13

Swing and a miss to finish from Fatima Sana.

12 more balls remain. Pakistan are 134 behind.

  4. Pak 80-7published at 17.4 overs

Ecclestone is back into the attack. She starts with three dot balls.

Oh hello. The England spinner switches off and tosses up a no ball. The free-hit goes for just one.

That was a really good stop from Alice Capsey.

Remember she broke her collarbone in four places in December. She said she would be fit for the World Cup and she has done just that.

  6. Pak 77-7published at 17 overs

Alice Capsey does well in the field to save a run or two.

Pakistan still need 137 runs. I think they're going to lose by at least 100.

Pakistan's Tuba Hassan (R) slides to make it back to the crease as England's wicketkeeper Amy Jones (L) unsuccessfully attempts to run her out during the Group B T20 women's World Cup cricket match between England and Pakistan at Newlands StadiumImage source, Getty Images

We quickly go upstairs as keeper Amy Jones tries to run out Fatima but the Pakistan batter scrambles back in safely with a dive.

  8. Pak 74-7published at 16.1 overs

    Target 214

Freya Davies, in to the team for the first time this World Cup, returns to the attack and starts things off with a dot.

I'm sure Davies would love a maiden World Cup wicket.

  9. Pak 74-7published at 16 overs

    Target 214

Four overs to go. Pakistan rotate the strike nicely but it's too little too late.

    Here's a watch of England's seventh dismissal.

  10. Pak 70-7published at 15.3 overs

    Tuba 12, Fatima 9

    Charlie Dean continues. Shot!

Tuba Hassan dances down the pitch and lofts the ball over the covers for four.

You could give Pakistan another 130 balls and I still don't think they will get the runs they need.

  12. Pak 64-7published at 15 overs

Another over ticks by. Five overs remain with Pakistan needing 150 more runs to win. (They're not going to do it).

Here's a look at wicket number six.

  13. Pak 64-7published at 14.4 overs

Pakistan are blocking it now. This match is dribbling towards its conclusion.

I'm in a great mood. I asked Dane van Niekerk if she will come on the No Balls podcast and she said yes.

"Why have you taken so long to ask?" she said.

  15. Pak 62-7published at 14 overs

Six runs off Dean's latest over. Sarah Glenn will bowl the next set of six as Pakistan continue to struggle to find boundaries.

  16. Pak 58-7published at 13.2 overs

    Target 214

Charlie Dean returns to the attack. Here's a replay of her second dismissal.

I can tell you from here it was out.

Why has the batter not walked off?

  18. Pak 56-7published at 13 overs

    Tuba 1, Fatima 7

Another over gone, another wicket for England.

Not too long to go now you feel.

  19. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 12.4 overs

Sidra run out (N Sciver Brunt) 3 (Pak 54-7)

Nat Sciver-Brunt can do it all, starring with the bat, ball and now in the field.

Sidra Amin is caught wondering down the pitch and is sent back, but turns to see NSB hitting the bails at the non-striker's end while well out of her crease.

    Another one gone.

  20. Pak 54-6published at 12 .3 overs

    Target 214

Pakistan's fifty comes up as Sidra Amin loosely sweeps Katherine Sciver-Brunt for a single.

And hey, what this? Ghulam Fatima strides down the pitch and drives KSB to fence.
