Interesting passage of play ahead here for England.

Heather Knight has stuck to the same bowlers throughout the competition, relying heavily on the three spinners - and in fairness, they've been brilliant.

But none of them have looked particularly threatening today. Will she try something different?

If you look at just the runs scored you would say England are in control but the fact they haven't managed to take a wicket, now is the perfect time to go at 10 runs per over.

You have to get 150 on a pitch like this.

  3. SA 90-0published at 13 overs

Poor from Nat Sciver-Brunt in the deep who misfields to gift South Africa an extra run. Is it going to be one of those games for England?

Brits got a glove to it and it was probably missing the stumps anyway. A nervous review from England.

My instinct is this is optimistic.

Has Sarah Glenn got Tazmin Brits lbw?

The umpire says no but Heather Knight reviews it.

  7. SA 83-0published at 12 overs

    Wolvaardt 43, Brits 33

Eleven runs from Lauren Bell's second over. Her first in the powerplay went for just three.

Sweet Caroline is on the loudspeaker now. The home crowd love it.

You really sense South Africa are gunning for England now.

It has not been great from England and they actually look a little nervous.

The fielding has not been up to the high standards we expect from them - but they've got quite lucky that South Africa have not really capitalised enough.

Nobody likes banging on about Australia all the time but you suspect if England played like this against them, they'd have a lot more runs on the board.

  10. SA 80-0published at 11.3 overs

South Africa continue to be aggressive as Laura Wolvaardt pulls one to the ropes.

That didn't look great from Capsey. She needed to wheel backwards more quickly.

  12. SA 74-0published at 11.1 overs

    So nearly for England.

Lauren Bell returns to the attack and Tazmin Brits tries to attack her from the off.

She doesn't get enough on the ball though which just loops over Alice Capsey's fingertips for two. Close one.

Tight stuff from Heather Knight's side who limit South Africa to five singles off Glenn's latest over.

  15. SA 67-0published at 10 overs

    Right then. Wickets please England.

I'm expecting there to be plenty of chances in the field with South Africa having to accelerate quickly. 140 against England probably won't be enough.

Sarah Glenn has the ball in hand for England.

Tazmin Brits was a javelin thrower who was supposed to compete at the 2012 Olympics before having a car accident.

South Africa should be aiming for 160.

Drinks. South Africa have a solid platform. Gulp.

Is this South Africa starting to accelerate though Peter? Tazmin Brits steps down the ground and chips Sarah Glenn over the top for four more.

Peter: 6 an over won't worry England, but if it starts to creep up to 8 they might get a bit twitchy!
