    Dabs, pokes, prods and flicks the order of the day from this Bangladesh pair to Rehan Ahmed as they work the ball around the 360 collecting six runs off the over.

    The run rate is 6.71 so Bangladesh seem happy to keep wickets in hand for the time being.

    Bangladesh need 53 off 48 balls at the end of Adil Rashid's over as we now have leg spin from both ends.

    A wide long hope from Rehan Ahmed and Towhid Hridoy's eyes light up. However, the Bangladesh slices it into the hands of Chris Woakes at gully.

    Ahmed affords himself a wry chuckle.

    Adil Rashid tosses one up and Towhid Hridoy frees his arms to hit down the ground. Again, the awkward grip on the pitch means the Bangladesh batter does not quite middle it, but still has enough on the ball for a one-bounce four with Jofra Archer unable to stop it in the deep.

    A couple of balls later and Hridoy takes a bit step and wallops Rashid aerially through the covers with a lusty swing of the bat. The crowd are on their feet at the Shere Bangla National Stadium.

    Najmul Hossain Shanto shuffles down the pitch to Moeen Ali's first ball and attempts to go over the top, but he ends up spooning it short of Jofra Archer in the deep.

    Big turn from Moeen's fourth and fifth balls ball, the latter of which just caresses the glove of Shanto as he attempts to sweep and loops it over Jos Buttler stood up to the stumps.

    A tricky pitch to bat on this and Adil Rashid's googly proved awkward for Bangladesh's batters to pick in the first T20.

    Towhid Hridoy picks it from his fourth ball and is able to nudge into the leg side for a single. He and Najmul Hossain Shanto happy to work it round for now.

    Almost deja vu for Sam Curran as he drops his first ball of his third over in short and Rony Talukdar does not quite generate sufficient power on an attempted pull shot. Phil Salt is lurking at deep square leg, but this time the ball drops short.

    Good variations from the left-arm seamer in the remainder of the over as Bangladesh fail to find the boundary.
