WinViz has it 88-12 in Superchargers' favour at the moment.

Phoenix need a bit of magic - and a string of dots - to build some pressure.

  2. Superchargers 55-1published at 65 balls left

Marie Kelly is going very well here!

She skips down to Emily Arlott and lifts the ball over mid-on for four.

This could be over very quickly if Phoenix aren't able to make the breakthrough.

  3. Superchargers 48-1published at 70 balls left

    Kelly 17, Litchfield 10

Northern Superchargers look to be making light work of this chase at the moment.

Marie Kelly adds four more with a reverse-sweep that runs away fine.

The left-hander Phoebe Litchfield tries the same shot to end the set but can't beat the field.

  4. Superchargers 39-1published at 75 balls left

    Need another 72 to win

And again! Another gorgeous cover drive from Phoebe Litchfield.

She skipped down the track a couple of paces this time but the timing is just as good. Wonderful shot.

  5. Superchargers 34-1published at 77 balls left

    Need another 77 to win

    Beautiful shot!

Full and wide from Sophie Devine and the ball is driven through the covers for four by Phoebe Litchfield. She could not have timed that any better!

It’s really heating up here at Headingley with that wicket for Birmingham Phoenix from Issy Wong.

We told you earlier that Marie Kelly struggles against spin compared to when there is more pace on the ball.

    Phoebe Litchfield is similar.

She averages 19.27 against spin, compared to 27.27 against pace.

It's not a huge surprise we saw Phoenix turn to Erin Burns.

  8. Superchargers 29-1published at 80 balls left

    Need another 82 to win

Top shot! Marie Kelly skips down and pumps the ball back past Erin Burns for four!

We've also just seen a replay of that caught and bowled shout. It wasn't a bump ball, Erin Burns put down the chance low down. She'd expect to have taken it.

  9. Superchargers 24-1published at 83 balls left

Is that a caught and bowled? Amy Jones behind the stumps thinks so but Erin Burns, bowling in her cap, puts her right.

    It was a bump ball.

    Rodrigues lbw b Wong 16 (Superchargers 23-1)

    Plumb!

No bat involved, Jemimah Rodrigues missed it by a long way as she went forward to a full, fast delivery from Issy Wong.

Hit in line and the ball was going on to hit middle and leg. Big wicket for the Phoenix.

Has Issy Wong got Jemimah Rodrigues?

Full, straight and given lbw. Rodrigues reviews, though...

Issy Wong has struggled since getting back from the Women's Premier League.

She wasn't able to force herself into England's Ashes teams and she is probably lacking some cricket time.

  13. Superchargers 23-0published at 87 balls left

    Need another 88 to win

Fast from Issy Wong and does Jemimah Rodrigues for pace a little. However, a thick edge from the India star is wide of the wicketkeeper and races away to deep third for four.

Four more! A low full toss from Wong and Rodrigues swings it away square for another boundary.

CricViz data tells us that 45% of Issy Wong's deliveries in The Hundred have been above 70mph - the second highest percentage in The Hundred behind Shabnim Ismail.

She should be a good option to Jemimah Rodrigues, who averages 14 and strikes at just 78 when facing deliveries above 70mph across her T20 career.

  15. Superchargers 14-0published at 90 balls left

    Need another 97 to win

Sophie Devine responds well after that boundary and concedes just one more in her five-ball set.

Time for some pace now, Issy Wong will bowl the next set.

  16. How's stat?!published at 16:34 British Summer Time 3 August 2023

You can see why Phoenix started with spin against Marie Kelly.

In T20s she averages 20.35 and strikes at 121.27 against pace but those numbers are down to 14.53 and 105.58 against spin.

Jemimah Rodrigues does average 35.57 against spin though.

Opting for spin does come with risks for Phoenix.

  17. Superchargers 13-0published at 92 balls left

    Need another 98 to win

Sophie Devine was the standout with the ball for Birmingham Phoenix and starts well with the ball, too.

A pair of dot balls to start to Jemimah Rodrigues but the third is a freebie.

On the pads and flicked away for four by the Superchargers opening batter.

  18. Superchargers 9-0published at 95 balls left

    Need another 102 to win

Jeminah Rodrigues gets on strike for the first time for the fifth ball of the set - and immediately shows her class.

Too full from Charis Pavely and Rodrigues drives it elegantly through extra cover for four. Textbook stuff.

  19. Superchargers 4-0published at 99 balls left

Ideal start for Norther Superchargers as a wide half-tracker from young left-arm spinner Charis Pavely is edged away fine by Marie Kelly.

The fielder gives chase but the ball wins, four runs.

There is movement in the dugouts which indicates that the players are getting ready to run through the arch for the Northern Superchargers innings.

    Yep, here they come.

It will take a brilliant bowling effort from Birmingham Phoenix to win from here with only 110 to defend.
