  • Rockets fall from 102-2 to 107-7 - Bryony Smith top-scores with 70

  • Litchfield (38) & Rodrigues (33) help Superchargers to 134-4

  1. Superchargers 15-0published at 15 balls

    Kelly 5, Rodrigues 10

Thumped through the covers for four!

Lovely shot from Marie Kelly to punish the half-volley from Alexa Stonehouse.

Two boundaries in the set. That might help get the Superchargers moving.

  2. Superchargers 10-0published at 12 balls

Super shot from Jemimah Rodrigues, whipping the ball off her pads and away for the first boundary of the morning.

Alexa Stonehouse just strayed a little too straight there.

  3. Superchargers 6-0published at 10 balls

Katherine Sciver-Brunt wants to go for a review as the ball is taken down the leg side by Lizelle Lee.

The Rockets were far too slow to call for it, though, and it's a blessing in disguise. It was nowhere near Jemimah Rodrigues' bat. The ball flicked off the pad.

Very good start form KSB and the Rockets, though.

  4. Superchargers 3-0published at 5 balls

    Wow! What happened there?!

Katherine Sciver-Brunt gets the ball to explode off a length and the ball flies off the shoulder of Jemimah Rodrigues' bat, over slip and away for two.

That delivery is enough to persuade Nat Sciver-Brunt to give her wife another five balls.

  5. Superchargers 1-0published at 3 balls

Good start from Katherine Sciver-Brunt with two dot balls before a bouncer is edged over the wicketkeeper by Marie Kelly.

It's well stopped at fine leg but that's the first run of the day.

Here come the Trent Rockets, through the fireworks with yellow and pink smoke billowing up as well.

The Superchargers batters aren't far behind and Katherine Sciver-Brunt is ready to bowl the first five...

After so much rain during the first week or so of The Hundred, it's brilliant to see some bright blue sky over Trent Bridge - there's barely a cloud to be seen!

We can only hope it stays that way both in Nottingham and at The Oval where the second of today's double headers - between Oval Invincible and Manchester Originals - is taking place.

Hollie Armitage calls right at the toss and the Northern Superchargers will bat first at Trent Bridge.

Rockets skipper Nat Sciver-Brunt says she would've batted as well had she won the toss.

Good morning! It's another big day in The Hundred with four games in total!

We start in Nottingham where Trent Rockets take on Northern Superchargers in the women's competition.

The Rockets are searching for their first win of this campaign after a defeat in the tournament opener was followed by a washout in Birmingham on Monday.

Meanwhile, the Superchargers are one of the few sides not to have suffered at the hands of the rain. They beat Birmingham Phoenix in their first game before a defeat to Southern Brave last time out.
