Two wickets so far for London Spirit, both fell to Dan Worrall, including Alex Hales.
A big wicket for the home side.
Target 196
Tom Kohler-Cadmore goes big!
A couple of steps down the track and he launches the ball high over long on for six!
Target 196
More spin now with Matt Critchley coming on.
Joe Root is able to get down and nail the sweep just in front of square for four!
Target 196
Liam Dawson is into the attack and races through his first five.
Six runs come from it. The Rockets need 2.33 runs a ball now.
We are back under way at Sophia Gardens, where the Southern Brave are chasing 145 to win.
Callum Matthews has just given his review of his first ever yum-yum.
"It was OK - a little too thick in places," he says.
There's no accounting for taste...
Target 196
Joe Root is really up and running now, pulling Dan Worrall behind square and then driving exquisitely through the covers.
Back-to-back boundaries again and the Rockets need plenty more of that with a record chase ahead of them.
Dan Worrall is going to bowl out, it'll mean he'll bowl 20 of the first 30 balls in this innings.
Target 196
Back-to-back boundaries for Joe Root!
Spirit have a man back for his reverse-scoop so he just goes across his stumps and plays the more conventional - can any scoop/ ramp be considered conventional? - for four.
Joe Root is obviously one of the best batters in the world so it's hard to find weaknesses in his game.
Liam Dawson may be a good option to him though.
Root only averages 28.88 against left-arm spin, with a strike-rate of 113.53.
Target 196
Dan Worrall is almost unplayable at the moment!
He's bowling 87-88mph, moving the ball around and hitting his spot every ball...
Almost is the key word when Joe Root is at the crease, after playing and missing the ball before, the England man advances drives through the covers for four!
The Coster Boys
London Spirit super fans
Great start from Dan Worrall, easily been the pick of Spirit's new recruits for 2023.
Hales c Rossington b Worrall 15 (Rockets 18-2)
Edged and gone! Huge wicket!
Dan Worrall returns, Alex Hales has a big swipe at a full ball and gets a feather of an edge through to Adam Rossington.
Joe Root is next in for the Rockets...
Target 196
Four more! Now they've started!
Alex Hales goes back and smears the ball in the air through the covers to make it back-to-back boundaries.
A single ends the set. A much better one for the Rockets. Five balls left in the powerplay.
Target 196
That's more like it! Alex Hales pumps the ball from Nathan Ellis over mid-on and away for four!
Welsh Fire finish 144-5
Ella McCaughan is removed in the final ball as Welsh Fire looked to run a quick two. Sarah Bryce ends 44 not out off 36 balls, falling just shy of a half century.
Runs from Dunkley and Bryce were crucial. The Southern Brave would have to smash the highest chase of this year's women's competition of 125, set earlier this afternoon by Trent Rockets.
Target 196
Somebody ought to remind Trent Rockets that it's not 96 but 196 that they need to win.
Just six from the first 15 balls. Batting suddenly looks far more difficult at Lord's.
Target 196
That is a magnificent first 10 balls from Dan Worrall. Three runs and a wicket.
The second five was a wicket and four dot balls. Maidens don't exist in The Hundred so I'm not sure what that's called but it was great bowling regardless.
Malan b Worrall 1 (Rockets 3-1)
Bowled 'im! That is a brilliant delivery!
It's a superb yorker, swinging back late and straight through the left-handed Dawid Malan to make a mess of the stumps.
Dan Worrall couldn't have dreamt a better yorker than that.
Welsh Fire 136-3
After 16 consecutive balls without a boundary immediately after Dunkley was dismissed, Bryce hits a four to move up to 37. Despite that long wait, the runs have continued. With ten balls left, Welsh Fire are looking really solid here.
