Birmingham Phoenix were eventually bowled out for 99 as their difficult campaign ended with a whimper.

London Spirit captain Charlie Dean on Sky Sports: "Massively important for us to finish on a high. We've spoken a lot about how we want to play so it was very special to put in a complete performance finally.

"Grace Harris and Dani Gibson is a great combination at the top. They haven't fired at their very best for us but it was great to see them go out and give us that platform today and allow us to post such a big total.

"I might retire as captain now, that's good for my record!

But it's something I'm grateful to get experience in doing and it's a part of my game that I definitely want to develop.

"We've been very clear with our plans throughout the tournament but we had a bit of a free pass today. It's a shame we left it late to put it all together but hopefully we can take it in to next year."

Harris' 87 from 47 balls is the reason why she is named the Match Hero.

    A very entertaining performance.

Match Hero, London Spirit's Grace Harris on Sky Sports: "It's definitely one of my better days in England. I'm very happy to contribute.

"I loved that pitch as a batter. It was great to bat on.

"We wanted to finish on a positive and play freely. Personally, I have battled with that mentality so I was very pleased to go out and bat in my own style. I can overthink sometimes, especially when I've been moving around in the order.

"Both personally and as a team, it's nice to finish on a high.

"Heather Knight is a fantastic captain and it's been great to play under her and to learn from her. I have had a ball in this competition. It would have been nice to contribute a bit more but hopefully I can come back next year, we'll see!"
