  1. Goodbye

That is all from this live page on yet another bumper day of Hundred action.

    But wait, there's more!

The final match of the day sees Welsh Fire face London Spirit in the men's competition. The start has been delayed to 18:10 BST after that earlier rain in Cardiff, meaning our live page will begin at 17:55.

    See you over there.

  2. Post update

Match Hero, Welsh Fire's Sophia Dunkley: "It was a hard decision to sit out of the Sri Lanka series but there is a lot of cricket around and it is the right thing to do for me at the moment. It was the right call to miss the first two games of this competition too.

"We're just playing brave cricket all the way through. Finals can be nervy but we'll try and stick to our guns and play like we have all the way through the tournament. We want to keep the momentum going."

  3. Post update

Sophia Dunkley is named Match Hero after hitting 68 from 48 with the bat, before taking 2-15 with the ball.

Her post-match interview is coming right up.

  4. Fire win by 23 runs

Lauren Filer and Grace Scrivens run two from the final ball but the huge cheer from the Cardiff crowd says it all.

It is another win for a resurgent Welsh Fire who are now assured of a place in the knockout stages.

  5. Spirit 129-7

Grace Scrivens goes for a lofted drive that just beats the dive of Alex Griffiths at mid-off and the ball goes for four.

That would have been catch of the tournament if Griffiths had taken that.

  6. Spirit 123-7

    39 runs needed

The energy has subsided from the game now with victory beyond Spirit.

Freya Davies will bowl the final set of the match.

  7. Post update

Sophia Dunkley's two quickfire wickets put Welsh Fire on course for victory.

  8. Not out

Grace Scrivens survives - just. It is umpire's call as the replay showed the ball was going to go on and clip the very top of the stumps.

  9. Fire review

Is this another one? Grace Scrivens misses the ball attempting a scoop shot and Fire think she is out lbw as the ball smacks into her back pad.

The umpire says no but Fire send it upstairs once more.

  10. WICKET

    Munro c Bryce b Davies 0 (Spirit 115-7)

She has! The thinnest of edges but an edge it is.

Well done to Sarah Bryce for convincing her skipper to send it upstairs.

  11. Fire review

Sarah Bryce is convinced Sophie Munro has feathered the ball behind here.

No-one else seemed convinced, but Tammy Beaumont goes for the review.

  12. Spirit 115-6

Sophie Munro comes out to the middle to join Grace Scrivens.

London Spirit need 49 from the final 15 balls.

  13. WICKET

    Glenn c Elwiss b Hartley 2 (Spirit 110-6)

    Now Alex Hartley strikes!

New batter Sarah Glenn dances down the track to go for the big heave but can only pick out Georgia Elwiss at deep mid-wicket.

Welsh Fire well on their way to another victory and a place in the knockouts.

  14. Post update

Here is the winning moment for Manchester Originals as Josh Tongue removed Adil Rashid for his second wicket and leave Northern Superchargers all out for just 83.

  15. WICKET

    Knight b Dunkley 34 (Spirit 107-5)

Bowled her! a Brilliant set from Sophia Dunkley as she removes both set batters, including the England captain.

Heather Knight gives herself some room but ends up bottom-edging the ball onto her stumps.

  16. WICKET

    Ghosh c Matthews b Dunkley 34 (Spirit 102-4)

    Breakthrough!

Richa Ghosh goes for the reverse-sweep off Sophia Dunkley but smacks it straight to Hayley Matthews.

Ghosh departs for a very spritely 34 from 26.

  17. Ghosh attacks

    Spirit 93-3

A unusual experience for Shabnim Ismail as Richa Ghosh takes her for consecutive fours, through the covers then past fine leg.

Spirit need 69 more from their remaining 30 balls - this partnership is well set but they'll need to accelerate hard to win this.

This is a record attendance for a Women's Hundred match at Sophia Gardens with 7069 in the ground.

  18. 'Picking up momentum at a crucial stage'

Match Hero, Manchester Originals' Calvin Harrison: "It was great to be back amongst the guys and back in the tournament. It's been unbelievable so far. It was nice to get a win first game back in.

"It's nice to get a pitch like that. We were talking before and saying it was a case of just bowling your best ball on that pitch until it suggests otherwise. That worked all the way through.

"The guys batted beautifully and it showed how well we batted considering how difficult it could be on that pitch, credit to the guys up top because it gave us something quite big to bowl to.

"We're definitely picking up momentum going into a crucial stage. It was a big two games for us, this one and the next one to finish off the group.

"I saw this as a great opportunity. It was disappointing to miss out at the beginning but to come back in and get back on out on this stage and do what I'm doing is great.

"I didn't even realise it was the best figures in Hundred history - excellent!"

  19. 50 partnership for Spirit

    Spirit 84-3

Knight finds four through mid-wicket off the bowling of her England team-mate Sophia Dunkley. Knight brings up the 50 partnership with a single through fine-leg off Claire Nicholas, but the spinner only concedes five from her set.

Just 11 off the last ten balls, 78 runs needed.

  20. Post update

Tom Hartley also took two wickets, including this ball of the day contender to dismiss Harry Brook.
