We are back underway and Kerry are certainly in the box seat, but we saw in last week's hurling final that things can change.

Still, Donegal have it all to do if they are to reel the Munster champions in.

Jim McGuinness has introduced Hugh McFadden at the break with Caolan McColgan making way.

It's important Donegal don't force things. They need to be patient and try to take this to the wire.

Kerry have set the agenda right from the start. Donegal are affording Paudie Clifford too much time and space on the ball. I'm surprised how much he is getting as he's setting the tempo.

Kerry have so many options and Donegal are scrambling back. They have loads of answers for Donegal's defence.

Kerry end the half how they started it.

Donegal clawed their way back into it in the second quarter, but that was a seriously impressive first-half display from the Kingdom.

What a half-time team talk coming up for Jim McGuinness.

Had Donegal managed to get in at the break five down, you'd think they'd be relatively happy and although seven points is far from insurmountable, they have quite a bit of work to do as Kerry have been much sharper and have gobbled up the majority of the kick-outs.

That's a serious last score for Kerry. Donegal needed anything but that after getting the gap back to five points.

That two-pointer from Clifford puts the cap on an excellent first half for Kerry.

They blitzed Donegal in the opening 20 minutes and although Jim McGuinness' men rallied well, that final score of the half was a big one as a seven-point gap seems about right from what we have seen.

Donegal will be happy to let Kerry hold the ball until half time.

A fourth Kerry wide as Paudie Clifford tries his luck from deep. It's clear that Kerry are seeking to go for the two-pointers as much as possible into the Davin end.
