He's in a brilliant position, 6-2 up and he has the darts as well.

Price has tailed off and Littler should complete the victory and book his place in the final here.

    Oh yeah, win the title...

Once again, Luke Littler only has one dart at tops to check out 103, with Gerwyn Price loitering on 72.

    Price 2-4 Littler

    Sensational.

Luke Littler looked nowhere in the leg, on 350. Then he hits a 180 and two more treble 20s follow before a bullseye clinches a stunning break of throw.

An 'angling' celebration follows - because he's landed 'the big fish' as they call it.

    Price 1-1 Littler

Double 11 finish from Gerwyn Price to take out 124 and he lets out a huge roar.

Luke Littler's first experience of the Price roar and he makes a funny face to indicate he doesn't particularly like it.

No nine-darter in that first leg from Luke Littler, though. He's slipping.

Luke Littler just keeps taking everything in his stride.

People are going to be talking about him even more but this is another huge clash.

    Price v Littler

I imagine this is the first meeting between this pair.

Gerwyn Price, of course, beat world number one Luke Humphries - the man who defeated 16-year-old Luke Littler in the World Championship final - earlier tonight to reach this stage.

Gerwyn Price is the man standing in the way of a second successive final appearance for 16-year-old Luke Littler.

    Here we go folks.

The semi-finals are a bit longer than the last-eight games - best of 13 legs, so first to seven.

  19. BULLSEYE!published at 17:59 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

    Van Gerwen 6-4 Cross

To win the match! What a way to win it, superb from Michael van Gerwen.

The only break of throw in the 10 legs played and MVG, as he so often does, finds it at the vital time.

Two darts in hand on 104, he goes treble 18 and bull to seal a semi-final with Michael Smith.

Spare a thought for Rob Cross who averaged 99.53 and did not miss a double! MVG, meanwhile, averaged a whopping 105.97. Unbelievable arrows!

    Van Gerwen 5-4 Cross

Another hold of throw. That's the way all nine legs have gone.

And there's hardly been a real threat of a break.
