    Women's 100m T44 - Great Britain's Sophie Kamlish wins gold

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

We have been asking our 5 live sports extra experts for their moment of the games.

Commentator Ed Harry chooses Sophie Kamlish, who won gold in the women's 100m T44 event.

Harry says: "She is not a traditional sprinter, she is still a young athlete studying illustration, she is relaxed, with a flower in her hair and you don't have to be mean, lean and crazy to be a sprinter.

"I love her unassuming nature, her Clark Kent nature, there is something steely about her behind her glasses."

Allison Curbishley adds: "Our sport is about progression and she is really starting to get stronger and quicker. She is not in an easy classification."

Tanni Grey-Thompson says: "She only started athletics aged 11, she has made these jumps and progression. This will give her so much confidence and it is important for women's sprinting. Sophie has been incredible."

"There was pressure, but my over-riding message was let's go and have fun and if you're happy, you run faster, jump further or higher and throw further.

"A year after the (Paralympic) Games we are in a strong position. This is a very highly motivated group of people, we are all working together and they know what they need to do to achieve their goals in Tokyo and what they need to work on."

    Men's 4x100m relay T11-13

I said how difficult the men's 4x100m relay was for visually-impaired athletes and Spain, who had crossed the line first, have now been disqualified for being outside of the exchange zone for one of their changes.

China dropped the baton at the last changeover but they were not disqualified as first thought as the baton did not leave the changeover zone. They went on to finish the race and have now been handed the gold.

    Women's 800m T53 - Sammi Kinghorn comes fifth

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

What a week it has been for Sammi Kinghorn, who picked up two gold medals and a bronze, although her last race saw her come fifth in the 800m.

"I think I slightly got my tactics wrong, I'm stilll learning with the 800, all the girls were older than me and have been doing it longer than me," she tells BBC Radio 5 live sports extra.

"It is just about being in the right place and finishing hard. I need to believe in myself, I am as good as these girls. It is tough to believe in yourself.

"Overall, I have done more than I ever imagined, it has been an incredible World Championships and I've had so much fun.

"I did genuinely think my life would be spent in bed, so to be here double world champion it is unbelievable.

"My coach said 'if I won a gold medal you can dye my hair any colour'. After I won the 200m, I dyed his hair in the World Championships colours so a bit blue, yellow, pink and orange."

It is massively important that Sammi races as much as possible in this level as she has to build some tactical awareness.

A good performance, though, we might have expected too much from her but she will go away and be happy with the performance when she looks at it again.

    It's a night for trebles.
