Jarrett Rivers will never need to buy a pint in the small Northumberland town of Blyth again after his winning goal at Hartlepool.
After Stephen Turnbull cancelled out Jonathan Franks' opener for the hosts, Rivers ran up the right flank and slotted the ball home before being engulfed by his team-mates and some of the 1,111 Spartans fans that travelled the 40 miles up the north-east coast that ran on the pitch...
"I'm living off that goal for the rest of my life", he told BBC Sport just after the game.
