  3. Celtic manager Ronny Deila on BBC Radio Scotlandpublished at 15:14 British Summer Time 5 October 2014

"It was were were not determined enough in the final third and the finishing was not good enough.

"Some of the chances we missed were just unbelievable.

"I knew Hamilton would work hard, but if you have 10-15 chances, you should win games.

"It was not the standard we want. You have to really want it to make that extra 10%.

"It is very hurtful and we have to bounce back in the next game.

"If we had not created anything and had been really poor, I would be more worried."

  4. Ross County manager Jim McIntyre on BBC Radio Scotlandpublished at 15:11 British Summer Time 5 October 2014

"I thought our shape was excellent in the first and got in their faces, allowing us to create chances.

"Every game we've had, we have had them and we need to take a higher percentage of them.

"Alex has done a great job there at Hamilton and it doesn't surprise me - they have great energy there."

  5. Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager John Hughes on BBC Radio Scotlandpublished at 15:08 British Summer Time 5 October 2014

"I was glad to get in at half-time at 1-0 and change the shape.

"We asked them at half time to make Ross County know they have been in a derby game and, in the second half, it was all Inverness.

"They had a few chances in the first half, but, to be honest, we had enough chances in that second half to win two games.

"It is no surprise to me that Hamilton are riding high as they have some good, hungry young players."

For Celtic, the rumblings of discontent could soon become a thundering crisis for Ronny Deila. The Norwegian manager who succeeded Neil Lennon in the summer has yet to convince the Hoops support and his side now lie six points behind Hamilton in sixth place, although they do have a game in hand.

  7. Hamilton Academical forward Dougie Imrie on BBC Radio Scotlandpublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 5 October 2014

"To come to Celtic Park and go top of the league is a massive achievement.

"Celtic put us under pressure, but you have to expect that.

"We have got some great players here and hopefully we can keep hold of them.

"The main target is to stay in this league and, if anything else is achieved, so much the better."

  8. Hamilton Academical player-manager Alex Neil on BBC Radio Scotlandpublished at 15:01 British Summer Time 5 October 2014

"We did great. Our shape and way we went about out business was excellent.

"We could have done better to control the game in the first half, but after the break we started to play the ball about.

"We rode our luck a couple of times but at the other end we could have scored another one.

"To be honest, I think we can play better than that in terms of retention of the ball.

"It is no surprise that some were a bit overawed in the first half.

"Nine games and 20 points, we are over the moon with that.

"Nine games ago people were saying we would be lucky to pick up a point."

Hamilton's fourth clean sheet in a row brings them their first win at Celtic Park for 76 years. Their best start to a post-war top-flight season - they are unbeaten in eight games now - takes Alex Neil's side above Dundee United at the top of the Scottish Premiership by a point.

  10. Former Celtic midfielder Murdo MacLeod on BBC Radio Scotlandpublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 5 October 2014

"I was worried that Hamilton might not be able to come here and play their normal game. But it is great for football that they can come here and pass the ball about and get their reward. I have seen sides winning here by sitting back, but they didn't do that and all the positives today go to Hamilton.2
